  The staff An and the night shift staff are excellent. Both are helpful, attentive, friendly and speak good English. Location is good too n it's about 5 mins ride from the night market. Very clean room but the toilet drain can be improved n shower screen should be installed in both toilets.

  An was extremely helpful and kind to us. He provided my fiancé and I with multiple recommendations to explore in the area (i.e. coffee shops, restaurants, sites) that we enjoyed thoroughly. Location was excellent and room was quiet. We booked the 3 bedroom townhouse style apartment for 2 nights. The amenities we enjoyed were: French doors (in living room), fans (one in each room), large fridge, stove top, washer, and drying rack. Being able to wash our own laundry within our apartment unit was wonderful. Also highly recommend the coffee shop within the lobby (ca phe sua da 🤩).

  The hotel is simply amazing. The staff are very kind, and the interior design is beautiful. The location is excellent it's close to the city center, and everything is within walking distance. A special highlight is the rooms themselves: they have a lovely design. Another big plus is the beds—the mattress, pillows, and blanket are incredibly soft and comfortable. The room temperature is also very comfortable. It’s also very convenient that the room includes items like a hairdryer and an iron. Daily cleaning is another huge advantage. Overall, the impressions of the hotel are fantastic we really didn’t want to leave. If we come to Da Lat again, we will definitely return to this hotel.

  We had a lovely stay here at La fleur. The service from An and the other staff was amazing and they really make a great coffee. Nothing was too much trouble. If the internet is a problem all you have to do is get them to reset it and it comes good. It is a 15 minute walk into the night market and to various restaurants but also only a 5 minute grab. We organised a driver from the hotel for the day and that was so good and easy. The beds were comfy and the bathroom and unit were clean. It’s a little small for 6 people though. All in all a great stay we loved Dalat.

  What a brilliant place to stay in Da Lat! Absolutely perfect location. Close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle without living in the chaos of it all. Right next to a delicious bakery. The hotel serves yummy drinks made exactly how you like them. BUT THE BEST BIT IS THE SERVICE!!!! I have had the best service since arriving in Vietnam. The staff are so attentive and helpful, constantly checking that everything is okay and helping with any and all needs! The rooms are large, the shower pressure is brilliant, all the amenities you can ever need. Stay here!

  During my recent stay, I was notably impressed by the courtesy and attentiveness of the front desk staff. They consistently checked in to ensure there was no inconvenience, although I had none to report. Its proximity to local attractions, like the "Go mart" and the lake park, was convenient. Both are within a brisk 10-minute walk, and the route is straightforward. The lobby boasts a coffee machine (La Marzocco) that delivers a richly aromatic brew, perfect for those looking to enjoy a cup. Given the good quality WiFi available both in the rooms and the lobby, it became an ideal spot to sip my coffee and work simultaneously. The room was spacious and immaculate, offering good value for its price point. In comparison to other hotels, I found this to be a genuinely value-packed accommodation. I'd definitely consider returning for a future stay. My heartfelt thanks for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

  We loved this hotel so much. Everything you see in the description is exactly the same. The unit we got is spacious and super clean. The kitchen is complete with amenities so you can cook your own meals. The service is impeccable. They are easy to talk to without beong overbearing. We will definitely book here again when we go back.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jason, who effortlessly conversed in both English and Chinese. His assistance in arranging GrabFood exemplified the establishment's commitment to providing outstanding service that goes above and beyond. Additionally, the daily cleaning of the unit, along with towel and toiletry changes, as well as complimentary drinking water upon request during our two-night stay, added to the overall comfort. The seamless communication without any
