  I've stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The receptionist named Tâm was extremely helpful and attentive—I really appreciate her help. Especially: the restroom in the lobby is incredibly clean. I highly value this point.

  They provide hair dryer, water heater (!!!) and even fan. The weather in dalat (in may) always raining in the morning or even at noon so it was cold. Got the king size bed and the room was greatt, they even provide big tv and also biiig window ☀️ and here's the view. Most improtant they rent motorcycle and provide toilet in the lobby!! Would came backkkkk if im going to da lat again, thankyouu

  Pros: super nice staff, close to local market (not central market), sufficient room equipment, cheap laundry service, & overall the place is quite new & clean Cons: cannot put credit card on file (so prepayment on every extension), have to notify staff for room cleaning, not that close to city center, & noise proofing is pretty bad (could hear the couple upstair going at it...) Still had a pleasant enough stay hence the rating.

  The best hotel that I’ve ever spent a night at, the room is clean, the staffs are nice n friendly, I recommend this place for everyone!

  New apartment in Da Lat . Penthouse themselves big and clean . Bedroom was tiny + bathroom has moisture.

  Room is not clean, floor is broken, bed and pillow are too soft. Quality is not going with price Close to local market and some restaurants

  Gđ mình phải về sg trong đêm vì sự vô trách nhiệm của ks và agoda. Tới nơi mình mới biết bị huỷ phòng cách giờ check in 4h trong ngày. Bên ks đổ hết cho agoda bán phòng ảo. Mình check trên hệ thống của ks có đơn đặt phòng của mình. Nếu như có người đặt trước v sao không check để báo cho khách? Nhờ ks mà lễ tết tồi tệ quá. +1 né khách sạn❌
