I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, what I like the most is how the staff solve problems here. I'm a person who does not like to explain much but he still understand and are ok with me. However, I won't be back because 1. The room has a less beautiful view, easy to see, but not quite the view of the pine forest, the bathroom curtain is not clean, making me feel uncomfortable . 2. The room price is high compared to the quality. I'm on time, so I don't wait to check in, but I don't understand why the room is empty but they don't let other guests check in 3. The room on the side of building A is super poor, very noisy and the hot water is difficult to adjust but the new building D is a little better Advantages besides the staff, there are many delicious restaurants on this street, it is also very interesting to walk around the pine hill, breakfast and free drinks 😊

Not bad for the price, however the hotel was located behind a really uneven and narrow road. That’s not their fault though. HOWEVER, the rooms that we had on the third floor needs to have the water heater fixed. The water was either too hot or too cold to shower. Never just in the middle warm. The people that worked there was nice and even let us rent out the scooter. Please fix the water issues!

Its location is on a small road, right at the edge of the hill. If you are looking for some views near the center, then this is the place. The room is not big, but it is alright for a short stay. The location is right near the center, so it is easy to get around. 🚗 For travel, you need to get in contact with the reception. They can help you book a car to travel around Dalat, which is a plus point for me. 👍 Soundproofing is something important to consider. You can hear footsteps and people opening and closing doors. 🚪 The water is another thing to consider, as the hot and cold water mix up. 🚿 #Dalat #Travel #Vietnam. Other than that, it is a nice homestay to stay in.

We stayed in room A301. Price 1.5million vnd/night. Very disappointed with our stay at this place due to following reasons: 1. The room/view is not like what is advertised, room was not that clean and desk was very dusty, I had to wipe down desk with wet towel and residual left on towel was brown. 2.Room was very noisy, no sound proofing whatsoever, we can hear the people downstairs in the common area outside area and anytime anyone came up or down the metal stairs. 3. For what we paid room had no basic amenities, no hand soap next to sink, no towel to put down next to bathtub, water went everywhere, no tv, no place to shelving/luggage table, no phone in room to call reception. Really not acceptable for the price we paid. 4. Placement of bathtub was ridiculous, they placed bathtub right next to a window and handle for window was right underneath bathtub which meant you cannot close that window, so all these creepy crawlies and flies like bugs got into bathroom, temp solution was you had to pull down the blinds to block window opening, and blind was so close to bathtub that by the time you finished showering blind was completely soaked, no other way around this was not possible to not pull down blinds as everyone down at outdoor common area would see you. 5. Water pressure and temperature - You had to wait 5min with hot water turned on full to start getting hot water temp, such a waste of water and water pressure was non existent, when you try in slightly increase pressure by adding cold.water, your hot water is gone. 6. Flooring had to proper seal around skirting area so many hole and pores were visible, there was a cockcroach in our room and when we tried to catch it, it crawled into one of the holes in flooring/tiles, we so scared some bugs would crawl into out luggage as we had to put luggage on the ground as there was no proper place to put your suitcase! I really don't know how you can justify charging that price and providing so little, we've seen many similar complaints with hope for improvement, yet same issue still seems to be there.

This place is in a beautiful part of Da Lat and has great views over a forest valley. The rooms were cool, and the beds comfortable. The only slight issue I had was that we could hear people moving about on the floors above us, but it wasn't loud enough to prevent us from sleeping.

...should rather be called “a hostel”. They make you to leave the passport at reception, no discussion. Copy is not enough for them. That’s almost a no go for us. Manager didn’t wanna talk to us/hear about why we don’t wanna leave it.|6 rooms share 2 bathrooms/showers. Not very clean. Mainly Vietnamese guests which is cool but noisy. |Staff doesn’t know anything and is not helpful. High price for what it is. No personal “home stay touch” at all.

I don't really know where to begin. Maybe it was because we stayed here during Tet but the service was completely non-existent. The people who run the homestay aren't very friendly and didn't make any conversation. Personally I wouldn't call this place a homestay but a hostel. There was nothing home-like about it. It was beautiful to look at and the rooms were sweet and the view was nice but that was it. One morning we woke up and there was nothing to eat and no coffee even though I read that they offered breakfast. You had to pay. I'm confused why this homestay is so expensive when you get so little, apart from the view?? I don't complain much and I'm happy with little but this place wasn't very nice at all. Such a shame. |
