  The hotel is in the center, convenient for going to the market or a restaurant. The front desk team's service is excellent, especially from Ella, who supports our family so well. We're really impressed. The only thing to note is the room's cleanliness; they should deep-clean the toilet and floor. Overall, it's 4.5/5. We're happy with the stay.

  We stayed for 11 nights and we weren’t disappointed staff were amazing and helpful we mostly dealt with Ella and she couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. She greeted us with a hello and a smile every time we entered and was super helpful when it came to booking excursions. Would definitely return

  Room’s really clean, location is very convenient, very close to the night market. The spa was really good and the ice coffee was great. Drank it everyday!! Good service, staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you come to Dalat!!

  I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and I was very impressed with the excellent service from the front desk team. When I mentioned that my microwave was very dirty upon check-in, a staff member immediately followed me to my room and cleaned it on the spot. They also tried their best to accommodate a late check-out for me. Upon check-out, I had a special request to contact another hotel. Minh was truly exceptional, even though it took several attempts and the other hotel didn’t answer, Minh did not give up and kept trying. I really appreciate the dedication and patience. When I came back to collect my luggage, the front desk was also very kind and helped carry my heavy bag all the way to the taxi. Their thoughtfulness really made a difference. The hotel room itself is good value for money. The king-size bed is very comfortable. The location is central and convenient, easy to get a Grab anywhere, and walking distance to many places, especially the busy night market area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel because of their superb service and truly attentive staff.

  Great location, not too far into the city but is walking distance. Still many places to eat & browse at near by. Perfect location for us. Rooms are pretty basic/standard. Nice layout and spacious. Room has a fridge/freezer, kettle & Hob in. A good size smart TV which plays YouTube & Netflix on. A big balcony however has no seating on. Bed was a nice size, a little hard but wasn’t the worse. Slight creeks at the bottom of bed but nothing crazy. The hotel lobby is clean and very inviting. They offer drinks at the bar with a price. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Security at the front door. Unfortunately we didn’t realize a room clean only involves a change of towels and emptied bins. We would have liked to have our room floor swept, toilet bleached and new bedding. We have been in the room for 2 days so it has began to feel a bit dirty. Plus who doesn’t like clean sheets! We complained once about having only 1 clean towel in the room after we asked for it be cleaned. The receptionist was great and gave us another towel and floor mat. The cleaners did forget to put a floor mat in our bathroom twice, which is annoying.

  This is very much a lesson in "you get what you pay for". Our first room on a lower floor was small and difficult to navigate with travel bags. No lock up safe. No bathmat, fashion washers, hand towels. Quite noisy with the traffic. For our following two nights we upgraded to a larger room on the 6th floor for a good price. More space bit still lacked some basics. The building is a bit of a mess, could be normal for here though I suspect it's normal for the tariff. The staff are lovely and accommodating, the cafe's fresh juices well made. Again, it's a reflection of price. Upon checking out we had to navigate 12 flights of stairs to leave due to power maintenance. Hopefully that's now sorted.

  Top place in town. |Large and clean room. |New facilities. Very fast internet. |Perfect location. Easy to find food and drinks nearby. |Staff are so friendly and useful. |There is a coffee shop in the lobby with nice design and good drinks. |I definitely will come back

  From hotel walk about 10mins to the night market, not far from some of the famous restaurants. Can be warm on certain nights without aircon.
