  A decent enough hotel in the centre of Dalat. We were there during Tet( lunar new year) so perhaps we need to be more understanding. The hotel was of a contemporary design but wasn’t really very functional. To plug the kettle in we had to balance it on two pot noodles. See pic! The sixth floor was still being finished and whereas we didn’t really mind the noise we weren’t happy that the builders blocked the fire escape. The staff were friendly enough but seemed distracted by Tet preparations and their family.

  Quite and peaceful neighborhood. Easy to find location. Our room wasn't that clean. There was some hair on the floor from the previous guests and the bed had a funky smell. Almost all of the furniture were screaming for renovation, the place had a cheap motel vibe. Don't be fooled by the photos you see online.

  There is no room cleaning and tidying each day. The outside lounge and toilet have some slightly bad smell from the drain system, equipment are just mediocre and toilet bowl is so small which splashed water on the floor every time we use. I found mold inside the bathroom. Definitely need better service and maintenance. Staff are nice though.

  Watch out! Upon arrival, we had reserved a room with a terrace. They gave us something absolutely awful. Room that smelled facing the wall, no windows. We had to pay extra for a better room... It was already nicer, but all night and all day there were crazy bangs from some device in the corridor. The highlight was the smelly tea towel in the kitchen. We would like to add the same review to booking, but for some reason it is not possible.

  The room was so full of mold, even the pillows were full of mold. We left after one night. The interior is not as nice as pictured. Lots of stains and scratches. Generally in bad shape. The room smelled really bad and was not clean. The manager was nice and helped us a lot.

  We booked this hotel because of its high rating on Booking. Please don’t make the same mistake—it looks nothing like the pictures. Don’t believe me? Look at the photos I took. The room was filthy. There was mold, black stains on the sink, and the bathroom counter had been taped together. The sheer amount of dust in the fan could probably kill a horse. The sheets smelled like someone else’s hair products. The guy at reception was friendly but had no idea what he was doing. We left after the first night and found another place. A week later, I’m still trying to get the refund they promised. Don’t waste your time—go somewhere else. They also claimed the room was hypoallergenic and had air conditioning. However, there was no AC, and the sheets and pillowcases had yellow stains. Honestly, I don’t even want to imagine what those were.

  Let me start by saying this property is out away from town and not within walking distance. I booked a Penthouse Studio room that had a balcony. Although the balcony view was very nice the room does not have air conditioning. This was okay at night but during the day it was unbearably hot and humid in the room. The beds were also too firm. The shower is not separate from the toilet so the entire bathroom gets soaked when showering. Our friend also stayed in a different room during the same time we stayed and had a problem at check out when he was accused of ruining one of the towels, which he denied. I would not return or recommend this hotel.
