  Very nice stay, rooms are cleaned everyday and staff is welcoming and accommodating.

  Room not clear, wall paper dirty and fall out off the wall...The next hotel ,they still contruction so it too noisy, dirty , lots of worker around that house

  I like hotel location which although it requires some walking distance to Dalat Center. It is away from noisy roads n blaring motorcycles horns. Simple amenities nothing to shout out. Two of my friends have to change room due to faulty room lightning n door locks unable to lock. Some rooms facing the roads can be noisy in the morning and in weekend evenings, with ppl BBQ along the small lane. You have to get the counter staff to turn on electrical switches for yr hot shower during check in. And corridor lights are usually not switch on, you will have to remind the staff.

  Hotel rooms are not good, furniture is damaged, TV is broken ... check in is more than 14h. It was not time to check out, the staff moved the luggage down to the lobby without calling to consult the guests even though it was 11 o'clock. Very bad hotel will not visit again
