  I got combo b package with the bamboo massage. The massage therapist was very professional and meticulous with the service. Everything felt luxurious to the techniques used, the smell of the products, the equipment and the atmosphere of the spa. Just what I needed after a lot of hiking. Feeling a lot better already. I have gotten many massages before and I can tell the massage therapist must have had a lot of training. She knew what she was doing :)

  I found this on Instagram and it was my first time coming here. Service and Spa Combo A session was more than I had expected. The reception was friendly and able to communicate in English. Very happy with the herbal bath, massage, facial, and hair wash. Would recommend to friends and come back again.

  Everything about this spa was perfect. The space was super clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. My masseuse was clearly an expert — she checked in throughout the treatment and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The tea and snacks before and after were such a nice touch (and so tasty!). I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and taken care of. Absolutely love this place — highly recommend!

  Amazing experience! The massage techniques here are truly outstanding – very professional, precise, and relaxing. The bamboo massage is unique and gave me a completely different feeling of deep relaxation and muscle relief. The environment is beautiful, calm, and clean, which makes it easy to fully enjoy the treatment. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and such a special bamboo massage – highly recommend!

  Amazing service throughout. Me and my boyfriend did not have a reservation and turnt up and the staff were so attentive and willing to help straight away. Complimentary tea and fruits as soon as we sat down. The service we had was probably one of the best 2 hours of my life, complete relaxation, so gentle and hit every single need we wanted today. Would definetly recommend

  No reservation but was accommodated straight away. The staff were lovely and the massage therapists were amazing. The place was very clean and the products used were good. Will defo come back here whenever I visit Da Lat.

  I found this online and thought of give it a try. It was very pleasant feeling when the receptionist go through the package with us. After me and my family were usher to the respective room. I selected the package to wash my hair. The masseuse did a sloppy job. I had to ask her to "press harder" as I feel that she is only applying oil on me without any massage. Moving on to the hair washing, I was shivering as I am a person that afraid of cold, covering with just a piece of cloth at this kind of cold weather doesn't help at all. Hence I say "I am cold can I have extra towel?" Unfortunately she doesn't seem to understand what I want and no action taken except for turning on the water heat. After all sessions were completed, I request to pay with credit card and apparently their credit card machine break down. Since you know that the machine break down in the beginning, they should have properly communicate to me. As everyone knew that such service doesn't come with low price and nobody want to carry so much cash on hand. Overall the experience wasn't satisfying to me communication was poorly done from a service line perspective. They heavily depend on translator app for communication, probably this explains why my request for additional towel was ignore. Because during the session there is no time to use app for translation. Although my family member find the service satisfying but to me only one portion of it I felt satisfied because it was done by another person this explains the 2 stars. I not sure whether is it over rated or I am just the unlucky one.
