  This spa is very relaxing and the price is fair for the service provided. Even the music they play creates a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service. The therapist who did the massage was also very professional and made the experience very comfortable.   We had an amazing experience here. The four-hands massage was incredibly relaxing and well-coordinated, you can really feel the professionalism of the therapists. The space is clean, calm, and very comfortable after a long day in Da Lat. Special thanks to the reception team for being so friendly and flexible with our booking.   My boyfriend and I got two massages, as we got a voucher for a free 30 min massage, then we paid 400k for another 30 mins one. We got the free voucher as we are staying at a sister property. We enjoyed our massages, staff were nice. I have a back injury and the massage therapist was very good with pressure around this area, as it can be sensitive. I wish I had booked the hour. The only thing was the towels/headrest area on the beds smelt a bit musty/damp. We both thought so. Not ideal.

  First of all, the staff member at the front desk was very kind. I truly appreciate her service. Yesterday, I received the hair washing service, but honestly, I was not very satisfied. The way my scalp was repeatedly scratched with fingernails felt more painful than refreshing. I understand that the service style may simply not have matched my personal preference, but the staff were also rude. My boyfriend’s hair drying finished first, so a male staff member started drying my hair as well. He dried it so roughly that my hair kept hitting my face, and while drying my hair, the two staff members kept laughing loudly together the entire time. I felt that perhaps the male staff member wanted to leave work quickly and was therefore handling my hair roughly since I was the last customer. At one point, the air from the male staff member’s dryer became too hot, so I mentioned that it was hot. Then the female staff member said something to him while laughing loudly again. After that, the male staff member checked the temperature and also laughed loudly. Even afterward, the two of them continued giggling together while blowing hot air that kept pushing my hair into my face. I felt very uncomfortable because of the male staff member’s rude behavior. I would respectfully like to receive an apology.
