We had a family vacation at the Palace Hotel in Dalat where we used spa services and felt really pleased with the enthusiastic staff and good massage techniques doing enough time when we had the opportunity to come back here.

I booked a great 130-minute massage at their Đà Lạt Palace while I was staying there... it was perfect service, super relaxing, and the staff was amazing! It was so nice that I could just walk from my room right over to the spa. I'm definitely coming back since I come to Đà Lạt for work.

The spa is very clean, the classic luxurious vibe, the massage staff are excellent and pain relievers are very good. Especially, it has a natural red knife-leaf clover. A high-end spa should visit the Da Lat Palace Hotel to experience and relax.

We stayed at Dalat Palace Heritage for 2 nights and were offered a complimentary 20-minute massage. We claimed it on our last day, and let me just say — I have never had a massage experience quite like this before. We were assisted by Tiên and Huong, and I was lucky to have Tiên take care of me. What stood out immediately was how she didn't begin with a harsh dig into the muscles like many massages do. Instead, she started gently — loosening my upper back, easing my tight shoulders, and elongating my neck with smooth, calming motions. Only after that did she apply deeper pressure, working skillfully along pressure points and meridians. I expected just a quick neck and shoulder session, but she went above and beyond — helping relieve tension in my back, and even focusing on pressure points around my face and head. It was incredibly thoughtful and holistic. The spa itself is tucked in a lovely attic space of the Dalat Palace Hotel — with perfect mood lighting, a subtle and calming aroma of essential oils, and an atmosphere so serene I drifted off mid-session. After days of hectic travel, this was exactly what I needed. I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely rejuvenated. A solid 10/10 experience — highly recommend claiming this little gem of a treat if you're staying here.

Among the all the massages I have had in Vietnam, the Dollar Palace Hotel Spa was the best. I had a really nice experience. The massage therapist, who is in the first photo, really knew what she was doing . And the atmosphere of the spa was so relaxing with calming music. I also really appreciated that they had a special on their 100-minute massage – instead of the usual 750,000 dong, it was only 550,000. That made it even more affordable to treat myself.

Had an amazing experience at Sol Spa in Dalat Palace Hotel! The staff are very professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The massage was absolutely on point — relaxing, thorough, and exactly what I needed. The manager was very welcoming, ensuring everything went smoothly. The environment is clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, adding to the overall relaxing experience. Highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting Da Lat!

I came after I read the good reviews. But I cannot give any good grade from the details to the general. 1. I wanted to have foot massage but the staff kept insisting to change clothes. No~ I was wearing short pants and I don't want to change! 2. The massue tried her best but she seemed a beginner. She did not know where to touch and how to press at all. I felt like being scrubbed but nothing. I don't want to recommend this shop. Extremely poor service.
