  I recently took a ride with City Sightseeing Dalat and I’m extremely happy with the ride. The staff on the bus Rex and others on the ticketing counter were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and they were able to help me purchase the tickets. Though it was raining and windy, the sightseeing itself was safe and provided the information about famous landmarks around Dalat. My friend and I even won lucky draw voucher which cost the same amount as our ticket price. I highly recommend City Sightseeing Dalat to every tourist whose visiting Dalat, Vietnam.

  Love this city bus tour. You get to relax, enjoy and see the beautiful of Da Lat with its fresh air. Take the evening trip so you can enjoy it without the sun and getting the chance to see sunset. It would be more enjoyable

  You just go to this address where you will see the bus and a ticket booth just next to it. Tickets cost 150k in september 2024, and it goes every hour. Everything went smoothly, and you will go around the town for an hour. You will see all Dalat monuments and the worthy places, like the old train station, the flower garden, the lakes, etc. then it takes you back to the same point. This address is near the central place in Dalat just on the other side ftom night market. Excellent plan to fill your day or just discover this beautiful city. No reservation is needed, no appointment. Come directly, get your ticket, and hop on.

  Cancellations of the bus stops and schedules are not notified to the customers. No notices are posted on the counter beforehand. We are only notified after buying the tickets online at scene. Paid too much for only three stops. Not worth it. Suggest to buy tickets at the counter after thorough enquiries. Ticket counter staff cannot speak English and we have to communicate with the translator on my phone.

  Extremely disappointing! I would be giving this place a zero star rating if I could! I booked for the night tour online through THEIR website only to show up early and find the kiosk closed. If it weren't for an employee who happened to be riding past on a scooter I would never have known the tour was cancelled. There was not a single bit of communication notifying me of any cancellations to my booking. I had planned my evening around doing this tour, if I had known it was cancelled I would have made plans to do something else. Tried to arrange a refund, the phone number provided doesn't work and there was no response to my emails. The next day I went in person and the staff member was entirely clueless and told me to reach out to the provided contacts, which as stated DO NOT WORK. I explained this but was repeatedly told they would "get back to me after 24hrs" but after no response already I had no faith I would hear back. After many messages back and forth through the translator (as they speak no english) and phone calls with her boss, I was told I would hear back in the next hour (which I did not) I then had to return to the kiosk and demand my refund in cash which they were reluctant to give, following the same protocol of calling her boss. I was eventually given my cash back only to be short changed, which felt intentional as I when confronted, her co worker had to walk across the road to get me the rest of my refund. Ridiculous!! This whole experience was extremely upsetting, the worst in my trip. Throughout there were no apologies, no detailed explanations, just silence and lies. Constant back and forth, such a waste of my time over two days. I feel this company is a scam and if I hadn't gone in person I truly believe I would never have gotten my money back. Would not recommend this experience AT ALL

  Ridiculous. Have left feeling scammed. Wasted our time completely. This company will cancel without notice, communications don’t work and receiving a refund because of failures on their behalf is nearly impossible. I’m so disappointed as Vietnam has proven a beautiful and accommodating country, Da Lat included. This is a shame. Do better.

  I was quite disappointed with the service. There was no guidance provided when boarding the bus, and the staff remained silent throughout the trip without offering any assistance. In addition, the driver drove at a very high speed, which made the journey feel unsafe. I hope the company can improve its customer service and driving safety in the future.
