  Good hotel. Rather cozy room. We had to pay We stayed here for a vacation and overall had a decent experience. The staff was responsive—any time we called for something, service was quick, which we really appreciated. The location is well situated, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was good, and the price was fair for what we got. The room itself was a bit dated in terms of decor, and the bed could have been more comfortable. WiFi was available, but slow. Also, our room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little closed in—we requested a room with a window and had to pay for the room with a window.

  “I had a refundable reservation, and when I entered the hotel I smelled a very foul odor, so I immediately left and did not stay there. Thank God.”

  “There is a very strong, foul smell, similar to a decomposing corpse, in the lobby. I didn’t notice it until after I put my bags in the room and came back down. I asked the reception staff about it, and they said there was no smell.”

  Kings hotel was worth the price. The breakfast was ok. But the elevator had a pungent smell. Probably from the kitchen. Otherwise everything was fine. Bed was comfortable but we couldn't get a double bed. But it was fine. Convenient area to move about even to night market.

  Nice place just a few minutes walk from the Lake and less than 10 minute walk to town center. Breakfast buffet was typical Asian as expected. Soup and eggs to order you can get at the kitchen window.Room was cleaned dailyUnfortunately the fitness room and Spa as shown in the advertisement is not available.

  We had the family room and it had two large beds and also a sitting room, so it is very comfortable. The location is conveniently located close to the Xuan Huong lake, the Dalat night market and the center of the city. However, there was no refill of the food items for the breakfast buffet, when we went later after a large tour group.

  We went tot this hotel as we hated the one I had picked on Booking.com. I would say that our stay was positive, We lost our phone whilst we were there (not at the hotel but at the waterfalls). They went above and beyong to try and find it. Then weeks later it was found and they kept it there until it would be picked up, again above and beyond. The actual hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. For it its star rating I would have no hesitation in recommending it. Location is fantastic, near the lake and market. But mostly I loved the staff, they would always do what they could to make your stay wonderful.
