  Absolutely unforgettable stay at this gem of a hotel in Dalat, Vietnam! My husband and I chose this place for our honeymoon, and they truly made it extra special. What stood out was their *exceptional customer service*: We requested a room upgrade, and they graciously accommodated it without any hassle! The upgraded room was breathtaking with stunning views of the surrounding hills of Dalat. But what left me *truly overwhelmed* were the little touches they added for my birthday, which coincidentally fell during our honeymoon stay: - *Beautiful room decorations*: The hotel decorated our room with such taste and romance – it was picture-perfect! - *Amazing cake arrangement*: They surprised us with a gorgeous cake that fit our honeymoon theme perfectly – it was the cherry on top! - *Thoughtful gestures*: From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout our stay, every detail was handled with care.   Our honeymoon getaway to Dalat, Vietnam, was nothing short of dreamy, thanks to this enchanting hotel! My wife and I were treated like royalty from the moment we checked in. The hotel exceeded our expectations with their superb service – they kindly upgraded our room at our request, and the room was absolutely breathtaking with gorgeous vistas of Dalat's lush hills. But it was the touching personal touches that truly took our breath away, especially since my wife’s birthday fell during our romantic escape. Blending comfort, style, and genuine warmth, this hotel made our honeymoon in Dalat utterly unforgettable. We adored Dalat's beauty, and this hotel's outstanding service and lovely details sealed the deal for us.   I would like to share a concern regarding a recent stay. My daughter stayed at your hotel from March 27 to March 30 in room 229 as part of a school trip. She remembers placing her AirPods in her suitcase, but they were missing when she was packing to leave. We carefully checked the room but were unable to find them. After returning home, we contacted the hotel and were informed that no AirPods had been reported to lost and found. However, when we checked the “Find My” feature, the AirPods still appear to be located at your hotel, which is quite concerning for us. We fully understand that these situations can happen, but we would sincerely appreciate it if the hotel could kindly look into this matter once again and let us know if there are any updates. Thank you for your time and assistance.

  When stars in the nigh sky whisper love , we, human, humamilliated them by taking over the way they paved for an airplae we have boarded to an unknown country and we could pick a star up on our way who was wandering still holding lighs for human at the night sky so we ,star going there together for a beautiful long journey ,feeling fantastic , majestic when adding one more friend to us we got one more power to count on one another , helping find the way to explore .It is located on the hill winding up toward endless road as a snack moving up and under it so many stores are there counting on it and expecting people to come to their stories and Craze House known as famous tourist destinations is there on the further hill .In the morning , we can encounter so many motorcycles during rush hour , filling the entire road extended to wider road and cars felt overwhelmed A hotel on a hill where We took for 3 nights with unforgivable memories dangling and hanging in the mind that we had brought in followed by visiting many tourists destations through which we got became person in places visited by so many people across the world who were feeling great to see awesome places , seeing , feeling , learning about them what they were, how they were made , how they were created , so we took too many pictures to remind us to have been there later posing in various positions that had never ever been made for a perfect picture to give us new energy when to see them on the album when to think about them . We we strangers to each one but we become friends sharing experience and knowledge in a rest time at the coffee shops , in a car moving to a next destination . We enjoyed friends stories and respected them as our own stories. The hotel stands a larger space for cars and buses to park in the yard and Hana tour bus was seen among them that was familiar to us and entering the lobby which was decorated in more colorful use than other hotels was felt like it was one of greatest castles built by an emperor, making the entrance very unique in birds carve , nature , a waterfall , into one single natural garden growing flowers and plants sending sweet perfurm to passerby , making eyes absorbing on more fanstatic in the room with a luxurious desk , a lamp , a bath a body can be soaked that all cleaned very well including night gourmets .We at each night wandered here and there looking for cheap messages shops to be relaxed the tire body getting heavy from every day journey to touriest destinations . On the leaving day we had to leave it for home and we saw everyone in our group had created something wonderful that comand us to say something to know how we were feeling at the moment . In the start of one said to us goodbye, all said to neboring friends good bye while sharing information to contact later : i will talk to you on the ohone . I send massane on the Kakao Talk to know you are well . It us possible to meet you if you phone to me when you are in Seoul . It was one of greatest hotels equipped with very comfortable hotel beds , nice staff and cheif to give us familiar feeling we have felt in our home town , so it was like home to be relaxed very well in a room with big windows looking down in the ablity to watch busy streets and people walking on the sideroad and it was very convince for experiencing shopping cultures .All seem to feeling regret of leaving the hotel in 3 days to go home . We revealed our feeling that we needed more days to be together with our good friends . We are expected to contact continuley in our home country but the situation are finished at this place . As time goes after we had separated leaving we are alone as before so everyone has actually gone to somewhere and we are never found by them where we are living , by using on the phone or kakao Talk .Good bye a beautiful hotel .Goodbye to beautiful days. Good bye to kind people and beautiful country .we are waiting for you then we are asleep in the alone .

  Surprisingly nice and beautiful hotel in Dalat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel has a big restaurant for wedding events. It also has a karaoke room. It is close to Crazy house; not too far from Da lat market and a beautful Ho xuan Huong lake.|Overall it exceeds out expectation for a 4 star hotel. I would gladly go back again when we visit Da lat

  This hotel is centrally located in Dalat, Vietnam, and is absolutely beautiful, our room was lovely and very comfortable and had a balcony with a city view. The staff was courteous. A very lovely buffet breakfast was served along with omelets made to order, pho soup, and an amazing selection of fruits, juices, pasteries and Vietnamese dishes. There is a lovely bar and gift shop on site and an ATM located within a 5 minute walk||The location is a very short walk to the “Crazy House” which is something you don’t want to miss. There are restaurants within walking distance and it’s a fairly short walk to a beautiful lake. Taxis are also located on site. ||We enjoyed our stay immensely and would happily stay here again.
