  The housekeeping and Forget Me Not cafe (breakfast only) staff are enthusiastic, friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast spread was quite impressive with both buffet style offerings as well as made to order eggs and hot Vietnamese noodle soup variety (different choice of soup each day). Front Desk and Concierge staff are nice, but not very knowledgeable about the local restaurants or places where you can do currency exchange (at least the ones whom I asked for assistance in these areas). The restaurant recommended to us by one of the Front Desk staff was really bad and gave one of my kids a bad case of the run. The jewelry store another staff recommended to me for currency exchange no longer perform the exchange. Oh! One more thing I learned was most of the hotel's in Đà Lạt do not have A/C. Ours has a standing fan in each room. If you like to sleep in cool temperatures (I like my room temperature between 62°F - 66°F when sleeping), then it may take a couple of days to get used to the heat (we were here in early April so it falls to the end of their dry season). Overall, I like both the city and the hotel. I gave the room only 4 stars for not having A/C.

  I'll stay at this hotel was comfortable and we paid extra for a larger room. The staff and facilities were lovely and everyone was very helpful. I'm a wheelchair user and although an accessible room wasn't available, I was able to get around the room very well and they provided me with a plastic stool to use as a shower chair. The bed was a good height for transfers, and this is a video of the elevator I could use to the basement.||There are a few steps going up to reception but the elevator in the garage on street level was easy to use.   Hotel good facing the lake, but no air con noise is unbearable, window close inside room very humid , hope they instal air con soon

  Loved our Premium Deluxe Room—clean and very spacious room & bathroom, and even had a separate living room with couch area as well! There was a fridge and minibar area too. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate bath tub shower. ||Location is great—short walk to the night market and right across the street are some local cafes and bars. There is a spa too and guests got 20% discount—it’s located in the garage area. The massage was great but location and ambiance was not my preference, felt like I was in a basement.

  Lovely stay at Ngoc Lan Hotel! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A big thank you to Trang at the reception for her great service and helpful attitude. She truly made our trip more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dalat

  Good location in the heart of Da Lat city. Reasonable prices even during peak season. Quite impressive with friendly & smiles of staffs and specially the help of a manager there (as i remember Ms. Trâm). High recommend for families guests.

  The hotel is in a very nice location with a beautiful view overlooking the market and the VNPT tower. We were also allowed to check in early, which was very helpful. The room was quite spacious. The water pressure was strong and the hot water came very quickly, which was a big plus.|The hotel does not have air conditioning yet and only provides fans, so it can get a bit hot during the afternoon. However, we were told that air conditioners will be installed soon.|The breakfast was excellent, especially the yogurt. It had a rich and creamy texture with a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess.|Although we experienced a few issues with the room, the reception staff did their best to resolve them. They were friendly, cheerful, and very helpful throughout our stay.|I would definitely stay here again in the future.

  I had a great dining experience at the restaurant of TTC Hotel Da Lat. The food was delicious, well-presented, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing.||Special thanks to Ms. Trâm, the restaurant manager, who took very good care of us. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcomed throughout our visit.||Highly recommended if you stay at TTC Hotel Da Lat!
