  Booked TBUDD as a last minute resort to some visa issues linked to geopolitics stuff and safe to say that they absolutely came through. Vivian was the one helping me and she was lovely throughout the whole process. Would 100% recommend their services.

  Justin and his team was absolutely amazing. Other visa service providers flat out refused to help me because my case was “too complicated” but Justin did not. He was very clear on documents needed and got me the visa within a week. Super smooth process even upon landing, I had someone guide me through the rest of the airport immigration process. 10/10 would recommend again, they are very responsive and reliable.   We booked TUBUDD for our visa run. We decided against taking a bus for a one long day visa run and decided to take a trip to Malaysia for a couple of weeks instead. So I talked to them over WhatsApp and got all the information I needed. Once we exited immigration in Vietnam and got our exit stamps. We emailed our information to TUBUDD and the next day or the day after we had our visas. It was very fast. The communications back and forth were very good. They knew exactly how things would go and they kept us well informed. The price was very reasonable and if you don't like dealing with administrative things it was a real bargain. We took advantage of their fast track service as well. Even though we arrived in Da Nang at a slow time of the day there were still 4 or 5 long lines to go through incoming immigration. There is an age where your legs and back can't stand a half hour to an hour wait... and that is us. Overall it was a very pleasant and hassle free experience for us. I think that every three months we are going to do short excursions to neighbouring countries and return using TUBUDD's E-Visa service.

  I had some trouble at the airport when a man at the counter told me my passport had already expired. Oh my goodness, I hadn’t realized it! I needed to go to Vietnam urgently to attend my sweet sister’s wedding. A Vietnamese friend suggested I contact Tubudd. They truly saved the day. They issued a visa before my transit flight departed. I’m deeply grateful to them, and my sister and family thank them a lot. When I arrived, they even arranged someone to pick me up. Thanks to their fast track service, I passed through a very short line so quickly! I cannot thank them enough, but I will always remember this. I’ll recommend Tubudd to all my foreign friends who want to travel to Vietnam. I also learned they provide local guide services. Best service ever! Bravoooo

  Vivian was the one who helped us with acquiring our visa and fast-track. She was very helpful from start to finish and talk us through about the process. Very friendly and accommodating. I’ve seen the page on tiktok for a while now and seen one person on tiktok that acquired their services too. A bit sceptical but as I did my research i decided to take the leap and inquire to their services and I’m super glad that I went to them. Thank you Vivian and team!

  Frustrating process trying to book with them, slow response times & dishonest pricing. Contacted them via WhatsApp, was told to book online, went ahead and booked online but didn’t send payment as had a query regarding the infant discount so contacted them again. By the time I heard back the payment link had expired so I asked them to resend/help. 11 hours later that day they sent me a new invoice but increased the amount from $45 to $56.25. Had to contact them again to fix which they said no problem they would. The next day I receive a message saying they would be adding on additional fees due to Tet, hence increasing the price (again) to $62.5 Wasted 3 days of my time going back and forth waiting for responses only to have them keep changing the price every time they responded, ended up booking elsewhere.
