  Just used VPBank ATM in Da Lat 27 December 2025 to withdraw 6mil dong using my "YouTrip Mastercard" (prepaid multi-currency travel card issued in Singapore). Slid my card into the card reader, the instructions on the screen asked me to select the language (English was an option), selected "Savings" account (as my YouTrip Mastercard is a prepaid debit card), punched in the amount I wanted in dong, and the ATM dispensed 12 x 500,000 dong notes, returned my card, gave me a receipt, and there was NO ADDITIONAL FEES CHARGED!! 😀 Smooth transaction with no fuss! Awesome!

  the ATM outside worked well this bank does not charge commissions for foreign cards when withdrawing cash.

  Used the ATM, only needed 2000000 Dong used UK issued Chase card, no fees charged, and the exchange rate was the same bank rate we had got from other ATM.

  Wwnt there around 9am.. manage to withdraw 7million a few time without hitch. Really great since we run out of cash

  ATM worked great and no extra fee like most of Vietnam banks, got out 3 million with a Revolut card had got 6x 500,000 notes. Easy to use and quick.
