This was the best yoga class I’ve had in Vietnam so far. The teacher is excellent, speaks very good English, and has such a beautiful and calming energy. The location is also amazing — surrounded by nature, very peaceful, with fresh forest air coming into the studio. The class was dynamic, very well explained, and easy to follow. I really enjoyed the whole experience and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended 😊

The studio is tucked away in the forest and has great vibes/aesthetics. Giang, the instructor (also owner of studio) was great. I’m from the US and went with my buddy. There were 2 other local women in class and Giang taught class in both English and Vietnamese. The class was a great pace and although I’m not too experienced I was able to follow with most poses and overall flow of class. 250,000k for drop in class (60 min). Highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend this yoga studio enough. It’s located in a beautiful valley in Da Lat and if you go to an evening class, the cicadas create a lovely ambiance. Giang is a great instructor - really friendly and because she has a lot of experience she will push you to your limits without letting you go beyond that (she showed me how to do a headstand). At the end of the class you often do a short meditation to the sound of singing bowls or hand pans which is very relaxing.

Beautiful space and wonderful friendly people! I attended a free sound bath on the full moon and felt very welcomed. They offered us complimentary tea and the sound bath lasted for over an hour. The whole room was filled with singing bowls and candles and gongs. Very cool experience and I am very grateful to be included. They even let us try the singing bowls at the end! I will return for a yoga class!

Giang is an amazing yoga teacher - very attentive, gentle, and thoughtful. I have been practicing yoga for a long time, but I still learned many new things during her class. She creates a welcoming atmosphere and gives helpful guidance to every student. Thank you for such an inspiring and enjoyable experience. I would definitely come back again🙏

A lovely and serene place to visit. The owner speaks English and was very welcoming. Be sure to use a motorbike as transport because there are very steep streets to get to the facility. I definitely enjoyed my time there.

Giang was super attentive! Really enjoyed the power yoga in a group of 6 in the rain, easy to get to and really fun!

I was a novice and practiced at Meta from late February through all of March 2026. What an amazing place and instructor. You won't regret spending time here in yoga or any other activity. Finishing sessions with singing bowls was lovely.
