Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived late at night and the owner still came and opened the door for me without complaining. There were towel and toothbrush on the bed when I came. Each bed had divider and curtain so you don't have to worry about your privacy, there were light and electric sockets as well. You can rent motorbikes here to get around the area. And the location was right at the center of the city. Actually I spent my time here walking mostly, because almost every place I wanted to go was within walking distance, like 1 or 2 km. I rent the bike only one day to go to Trai Mat and the Golden Valley. They prepared great breakfast with home-made strawberry jam and peanut butter, much better than those you can buy at the supermarket. There was water filter machine in the kitchen so you can refill your bottle anytime. Cons: It was a budget accommodation so the furniture was quite old.

I came for yoga at 5am. I wish I'd been staying at this place. The yoga teacher spoke very good English and was very welcoming, even though I was the only westerner in the class. If I came back to Da Lat I would stay here. The neighbourhood has many local eateries nearby.

Excellent hosts and clean good prising. Vy was very friendly and welcoming. The area is tidy and we were invited to a free breakfast. She also asked if we had any allergies or food preferences as well as informing us that we were welcome to use the kitchen area for cooking. The room we stayed in was clean and comfy. There were even a few books in the room to read. The room was a little moldy but it was a great stay.

"Homestay" is a hostel really as you have almost zero interaction with the host. The room was big enough and clean, but the beds are awful - very hard and whenever you make a move they make awful noise. What is more the smell from the pipes in bathroom is disgusting - the smell is not constans, not sure what is the dependcy, but still affects your stay. Room has zero ventilation so you wake up in a very moisty place and your towels start to stink after 1 day. The breakfast is okey - fruit and/ or tost with peanut butter and jam. The kitchen itself has dirty clothes and in general it is not really tidy area. In a summary you should look for better quality hostels within the same price - this one is a disappointment. We stayed in a different place for same price and very close by and it was much more better.
