  Brilliant Top Bar Amazing views from the rooftop. You can clearly see the Han River and Dragon Bridge, especially beautiful in the evening when the city lights turn on. One of the better spots in Da Nang if you want to sit above the city and just take it in. Food was a very pleasant surprise. Good dish selection and everything we tried was super delicious, not just bar snacks. Presentation and taste were both on point. Service was excellent. Staff were attentive, friendly, and well organized, even when the place got busy. You feel looked after without being rushed. Overall, one of the best places in Da Nang for views, food, and service combined. Definitely worth a visit, especially in the evening.

  We booked a table at Brilliant Bar during our trip to Da Nang because we were looking for a place where we could have dinner, enjoy some wine, and watch the famous Dragon Bridge. It turned out to be a perfect choice. The bar is located on the rooftop, and the view is absolutely stunning — overlooking the Han River, the bridges, and the city lights. In the evening everything sparkles: boats moving along the river, lights reflecting on the water, and a beautiful panorama of the city. The service was excellent. Our reservation was handled smoothly, the staff welcomed us and showed us to our table, and everything felt very professional. When we ordered wine, the bottle was presented, poured for tasting, and then served properly — just like in a fine restaurant. The food was also great. We ordered a steak set with vegetables and potatoes, baked oysters (half with onion, half with cheese), and a cheese and cured meat platter to go with the wine. The presentation was beautiful, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous — more than enough for two people. There was live music on Saturday evening, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the crowd was very pleasant. We ended up spending almost two hours there, and it became one of the most memorable dinners of our trip. If you’re looking for a beautiful rooftop dinner with a great view of the city, this is a fantastic place.

  It was a wonderful trip to Vietnam with my family. The scenery was beautiful, and we had a truly happy dinner. We would especially like to thank Toan for the excellent service. This will be an unforgettable memory for us.

  This was an unexpected surprise. Walking in the atmosphere pulls you in. When you see the view you have to stop for a second and appreciate it. Sunset dinners here are a must. The food is excellent but the service is what you will find in Michelin establishment. I highly recommend this place.

  Brilliant Top Bar is located on the top floor of the Brilliant Hotel. It offers an open, expansive view with panoramic scenery of both sides of the Han River and the Dragon Bridge. The bar is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere.

  Made an impromptu reservation a day in advance for a 5:30pm dinner. The place was quiet with a lovely view, and service was attentive. Noticing we ordered just one drink, the waiter thoughtfully checked if we were sharing and returned with two glasses of ice with lime. We had the salmon combo set and lobster pasta—both were delicious. The view overlooking the Han River added to the experience. It gets dark quite quickly around 6:15pm, so if you prefer more daylight, it’s better to book an earlier slot. Lastly, yays to no additional surcharge for credit card payments!

  The view from this rooftop bar is perfect! Though its not too breezy in this area. The food is okay, i liked the fish and chips, i hope they have mash potato as option with their mains.. the salmon needs more salt.. weird to have oranges as sides overall its okay. Staffs are very hospitable.

  Extremely disappointing service and ignored reservation! ​I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Brilliant Top Bar. I had specifically requested a table with a direct view of the Dragon Bridge in my reservation. Despite arriving 5 minutes early, I was placed in the 3rd row with a mediocre view. When I complained, the staff completely ignored my request. ​The service timing was a disaster. I asked to order after the Dragon Show to enjoy the spectacle, but was told I had to order immediately, order comes in 30 Minutes. My appetizer arrived 5 minutes before the show started, followed by the oysters right as the fire show began. Instead of enjoying the moment, I was stressed between taking photos and food arriving at the wrong time. ​To make matters worse, the steak (part of a combo) was served lukewarm to cold. Before I even finished or asked for the bill, the waiter simply dropped the check for 850,000 VND on my table at 9:20 PM, basically telling me it was time to pay and leave. For these prices, I expected hospitality, not to be rushed out of the door after eating cold food. Save your money and go somewhere else where guests are actually valued.
