  Another great experience my first evening in Da Nang. I loved the cocktails and service. It was pleasant to talk to the staff and share experience, knowledge and tips. It was also great to learn more things about Vietnam and the way business is done here, how bar industry is developing. Highly recommend!

  Another favorite place in Da Nang — this time a bar, even though I don’t usually drink alcohol. But here, it’s not really about alcohol — it’s about aesthetics, style, and atmosphere. I didn’t even know what I wanted to drink, just described my preferences to the bartender, and he created something that was exactly right. Very precise, very tasty, and clearly made with quality ingredients. This is also where I tried single malt whisky for the first time, and finally had Japanese whisky, which I had wanted to try for a long time. And I’m glad I did it here — the place really sets the right tone. Good company, thoughtful design, high-quality drinks, attention to detail. I’m writing this the next day — no headache, just a good aftertaste. My friend and I agreed that we’ll definitely come back from time to time. This place stands out. Thanks to the team for the work and for keeping the prices reasonable. If it stays this way, we’ll keep coming back and recommending it.

  I stopped by LIBRE Bar DaNang one evening when I wanted something quieter than the usual loud nightlife spots in Da Nang, and it ended up being one of the most memorable bars I visited in the city. The place is small and intimate, with most of the seating arranged along a long counter facing the bartenders. The lighting is warm and low, and the music stays soft enough that you can actually have a conversation without shouting across the table. The atmosphere feels relaxed but still refined, making it a great spot for a date, a catch up with friends, or even a solo drink. The real highlight here is the cocktails. The bartenders clearly take their craft seriously, and every drink feels carefully thought out. You can order classics, but the house cocktails are where the bar really shines. They often customize drinks based on what flavors you like, which makes the experience feel more personal than just ordering off a menu. The balance in the drinks is excellent, and the presentation is clean and elegant without feeling over the top. Another thing that stands out is the interaction with the bartenders. Because the space is small, you naturally end up chatting with them while they prepare drinks, and they are knowledgeable and friendly without being overly formal. Overall, LIBRE Bar is the kind of place you go when you want well crafted cocktails and a calm, intimate atmosphere. It feels thoughtful, polished, and focused on quality, making it one of the more distinctive cocktail bars in Da Nang.

  LIBRE is truly a hidden gem in Da Nang, maybe even in all of Vietnam. The bar is incredibly cozy, with an amazing team who pay great attention to the smallest details, from the lighting and flowers to even the matches. We enjoyed a whole journey of cocktails, each one thoughtfully customized to our taste throughout the night. Special thanks to Tiên and My. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The design, lighting and music come together beautifully. The prices are also very reasonable. This place has truly won our hearts. 💛

  I came here with a friend who already knew the place and the people behind the bar - after a really good meal at an izakaya. We weren’t looking for anything loud or elaborate, just somewhere to settle in quietly for the evening and have good conversations. LIBRE fit that mood effortlessly. The space is intimate - narrow, cozy, with just a handful of seats and a calm, quiet energy that lets the night unfold at its own pace. The bartender who took care of us was a joy to interact with. He was warm, engaging, and somehow managed to keep us entertained while seamlessly handling drinks for the rest of the bar. I found myself just watching him work - there’s something very satisfying about seeing that level of craftsmanship up close. Every cocktail I tried was incredibly well done. Thoughtful, balanced, and genuinely unique - not a single note out of place. I also had a bit of fun with my orders, asking for things like a matcha-based drink, something that felt like a “garden,” or his take on a sullen, strong gin. He delivered on each one beautifully, which made the whole experience feel even more personal and memorable.✨ The small details added up too - the raisin chocolates and the crunchy caramel-coated chips were simple but enjoyable, and fit right into the overall experience.   Just like a Japan in hand, the same person by my side, and a bar so quiet it felt reserved just for us. Staff were sweet, service was easy,and the whole night turned into an unplanned date.

  A low-key Japanese bar with many classic & classic twist cocktails. The female server was lovely with good knowledge of their products. Perhaps their kitchen was too close and did not have a proper aeration system that the frying oil smell got all over the place
