  I had an amazing experience at Family Medical Center. Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a clinic or doctor’s office. The facility was very clean, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. A special thank you to Dr. Linh Ngo, who performed a minor procedure for my ingrown toenail. He was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. He made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and took great care of me. I actually told my wife that I was happy to be there, which is not something most people say about a doctor’s appointment! Even though I was dealing with pain, the atmosphere and level of care made the whole experience genuinely pleasant. I highly recommend Family Medical Center and Dr. Lin to anyone looking for excellent medical care. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We came to this clinic for our visa medical examinations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. Everything was well organized, and the entire process was quick, smooth, and efficient. They made us feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and treated us with great care and respect throughout our visit.   Came through the other day to see Dr. Lin for a consultation after surgery, and the care was honestly unbelievable. Before we even sat down, he checked all of my records, reviewed my surgery and medications, and did his own research at the hospital so he knew exactly what was going on with me. Then he gave me a long, thorough consultation. He examined me post op to see how I was healing, opened up the medical books, and explained everything in great detail so I actually understood it. He gave me clear recommendations for my recovery, my follow ups, my medications, and even general life stuff. Nothing was rushed and nothing was left out. He’s bilingual too, so he sat with my Vietnamese wife and made sure she understood everything going on. That made the whole thing so easy for both of us. On top of all that, his staff reached out today just to check in and make sure I was doing okay. If you speak English and you’re in Da Nang, Dr. Lin is the man to see. He will take care of you like family. If you’re worried about quality care here in Da Nang City, this is where you go. Highest possible recommendation.

  I went to this clinic while traveling in Vietnam because of calf pain, which later turned out to be multiple thromboses in my left leg and pulmonary embolism. From the very beginning, Dr. Linh Ngo took a great amount of time to carefully examine me, explain all possible causes, and guide me through the next steps. He never rushed the consultation and made sure I understood every option. We decided to do a test to rule out thrombosis, which came back extremely elevated. As soon as he saw the result, he personally called me and immediately advised me to go to the hospital for further testing. What impressed me the most was his dedication even after I had left the clinic. He continued helping me through WhatsApp messages and phone calls, explained what I needed to do at the hospital, and made sure I received the medication and care I needed. Throughout the remainder of my trip, which had to be extended because of the thrombosis, he remained supportive and continued checking in to make sure everything was progressing well. I rarely experienced this level of professionalism, compassion, and responsibility from a doctor. Thanks to him, my condition was detected early and treated in time. I am incredibly grateful for his help and can highly recommend this clinic.

  As a European, I have high expectations when it comes to healthcare, and this was an excellent experience. I went to see Dr. Christopher because I had an earache and a runny nose. He took the time to ask detailed questions about my symptoms, listened carefully, and explained everything clearly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I felt very well looked after, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking medical care.

  I recently had a complete executive health check at the Family Medical Center in Da Nang, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding care and professionalism I experienced throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The nursing staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough while conducting all the tests. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and reassuring. I would especially like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Linh. The consultation was truly exceptional. Not only was his English excellent, but his German was also absolutely perfect. Having just come from Germany, it was a wonderful and unexpected comfort to be able to communicate in German at such a high level. It made the entire experience feel even more personal and at ease. Dr. Linh took a great deal of time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully, both before and after the examinations. His professionalism, knowledge, and ability to communicate so effectively made a lasting impression. Overall, I am extremely grateful to the entire team at the Family Medical Center for their excellent service, care, and dedication.   Really good experience at Family Medical Practice Da Nang, they were very helpful and kind when completing mine and my girlfriends Australian working visa medial examinations. All the staff were really friendly and accommodating and they got us in for an appointment really quickly after contacting. They are contactable by whatsapp which is really useful for us as we did not have a Vietnamese sim card to call them.

  I’m leaving a completely unprompted review because of the pure professionalism and kindness of the clinic staff. My husband and I attended today, as somewhat ‘medical tourists’. We’re from the UK, and were keen to have a general health check up at a more efficient and more thorough rate than we knew we could get at home. Family medical practice did not disappoint. I researched other clinics, including some TikTok famous ones, and can honestly say I have no regrets about choosing here. The basic package (which is not basic at all!) can have add on’s, but the doctor is so honest about what he thinks you need (or don’t) and didn’t talk us into getting anything extra - if anything he told us we didn’t need some due to age or other factors, or told us we could add some on if the basic tests indicated we needed something more in depth - how perfect. There was no sales pitch, just amazing care from start to finish. We had a 10am appointment, and were out of the clinic, tests completed, by 12. We were offered the option to come back at 4, or have the results emailed to us. We chose to go back and I’m so glad we did. The attention to detail, the number of tests completed, the kindness of the nurses, staff, and doctors - immeasurable. If general testing is something you’re interested in, please do consider the family medical practice. English is spoken perfectly so please don’t let this be a cause for concern. Thank you to all the staff - you deserve medals for your work!
