A large coworking space with many rooms upstairs. The coffee and croissants are good. It was my first egg coffee — I highly recommend it.

We have had a great business trip in Danang and choosing The local beans contributes a major part of it. The coffee shop & co-working place is great with good coffee/foods. The space is so chill for both travellers and business people/freelancers. We hosted a workshop here for two days and got great feedbacks from prospect clients and team members. Above all, the people is great with smile and caring.

The best coworking space in Da Nang for startupers, digital nomads. ☕ The Local Beans — Review (222 Words) The Local Beans is a charming neighborhood café that blends quality coffee with a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. Promoting the local habits to global friends via every details. From the moment you walk in, the warm lighting, rustic-modern décor, and inviting aroma create a comfortable space ideal for relaxing or working remotely. The coffee is clearly the star. Espresso drinks are smooth and well-balanced, with rich flavor and excellent milk texture in lattes and cappuccinos. The café often features freshly roasted, ethically sourced beans, and seasonal specials add variety without overwhelming the menu. Presentation is impressive, with carefully crafted latte art that reflects attention to detail. Beyond coffee, The Local Beans offers a thoughtful selection of pastries and light bites. Croissants, muffins, and cookies pair perfectly with hot beverages, while simple breakfast or lunch options provide convenient choices for a quick stop. Service stands out as friendly and attentive. Baristas are knowledgeable, patient, and willing to customize drinks. Pricing falls within the mid-range for specialty cafés, offering good value considering the quality and atmosphere. Overall, The Local Beans delivers a cozy and reliable café experience, making it an excellent choice for casual meetings, study sessions, or enjoying a well-crafted cup.

The Local Beans Coffee Roastery was a great place to spend a few hours working. The coffee tastes fresh and properly roasted, and the space has a calm vibe that makes it easy to focus. Plenty of seating, good music at the right volume, and overall just a comfortable spot to open a laptop and stay awhile.

The Local Beans is hands down one of the best coffee spots I've been to. The space they've created here is something special — warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable to spend time in. Whether you're working for a few hours or just dropping by for a quick cup, the hospitality makes you feel right at home. The drinks are outstanding — every single one I've tried has been spot on. And the atmosphere? Absolutely stunning. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into every detail. Big thanks to the team for building such an amazing place. Highly recommend!

I found my favorite mocktail here! I even ordered two xD. This is such a nice working space. But even tho they separate 1st and 2nd floor, the noise from the machine and music at 1st floor was loud for working space at 2nd floor. You’ll have to pay for using the working space. drinks are bit pricy. For that, I can’t say the working atmosphere is 10/10. It was the similar feeling like working at any other cafes, i mean noise wise.. but overall it’s recommendable and nice place for work!!

I liked the atmosphere here. They also have a workspace area, but you need to pay if you want to use it. I ordered a matcha, but honestly, I didn’t like it that much. Overall, though, it’s a pretty cool place to work.

An industrial-style café with well-designed concrete aesthetics and a spacious layout. Very comfortable for remote work and digital nomads. Unfortunately, on the occasions I visited, it took around 25 minutes to prepare a single coffee or juice, and the place was not unusually busy. When the juice finally arrived, I was surprised to see a small glass that was half empty, and the half that was filled was packed with ice. In practice, I received roughly a quarter glass of actual fresh juice. Despite this, the service is friendly and well-intentioned. We will return and hope for a better experience next time.
