I come to this hookah lounge very often and I absolutely love the atmosphere and the service! The staff are super friendly and always listen to your preferences. They definitely have the best hookahs in Da Nang!

Really enjoyed the vibe here—spacious seating, comfortable chairs, and lots of natural light from the big windows. Very nice staff, feels more like a lounge than a typical café, which is a nice change. Great place to relax and unwind. (If you’re coming to work, it’s better for light laptop time than a super quiet study session.)

One of the better shisha lounges I’ve been to. Second level away from the noise of the main street. Desks and monitors if you need to take calls and work seriously, separate lounge area where I stretched out on a couch and enjoyed my old favourite Fumari while sending a few emails. Recommend.

One of my favorite shisha places. Maybe "the" favorite. Great staff. Great flavor. Strong. Crucially, the environment is great for working. It's more like a coworking space. The loyalty program (buy 10 shishas get 1 free) helps to deliver more value. Shisha is not cheap in Vietnam but this place is worth it.

I come here almost daily, the service is on point, food and drinks are very affordable and the chairs are comfortable. They even got monitors to use. I recommend this to everyone looking for a great working space!

Day time shisha - i would really recommend this shop they can customize based on your reference. Unluckily they dont have ice pipe but it won’t be any challenge if you like cold taste. The shisha maker will ensure to do it without that tool. PS. Really love the dog but somehow not sure about their health. But really cute and nice behave

A solid place to sit and work with a hookah in Da Nang. There are plenty of work desks, lots of space, and also some couches. The atmosphere is nice — quite a few people, but it doesn’t get too noisy. Hookah-wise, though, it’s pretty average. There’s a decent selection of tobacco, but it’s not on the level of a Russian-style hookah. Expect either preset options or to assemble something together with the staff. Don’t expect any real customization or “wow” experience. Tea is a weak point. Just standard brewed tea with no extras. I ordered oolong — either the water was too hot or it was brewed incorrectly, but there was basically no flavor. Overall, I’d rate the place 3–4 out of 5. Its main strength is the format: you can comfortably sit at a proper desk with a chair, smoke a hookah, and get some work done. Sometimes it’s even better than a typical coworking space. Service is worth mentioning — very friendly staff, always ready to help and check if everything is okay.

Meh. I’ve gone twice and really wanted to like this place, but the vibe is just off. The aesthetic and hookah setup are nice, but it’s not welcoming, overpriced, and the staff barely respond to inquiries. I felt like they were making an exception just by letting me sit and work there. Thanks, I guess, for letting me pay for an overpriced hookah and some pet dander. Cute dog, sure — but not in a closed space where people are literally inhaling for hours. I left sick and itchy (I’m allergic, but it’s usually fine unless I’m making out with the animal). You’re required to order hookah to sit there — no option otherwise. When I walked in, the waiter even had to ask if it was okay for me to be there. The first time, I came an hour and a half before closing and asked to sit by the fireplace — they said only if I paid for two people. On a random Tuesday. Near closing. Wild. Greed is a huge turnoff, especially since I often work out of cafés. They could’ve had a loyal long-term customer, but instead they lost one. To top it off, the last time I didn’t have enough cash (rainy day, couldn’t get to an ATM), and they made a whole scene. I ended up giving them what I had and paying the rest by card — felt like a mini shakedown. The aesthetic is fine, but is it worth visiting? Not for me. I prefer places that are welcoming, appreciative, and convenient — got none of that here. Even a simple hello or goodbye would’ve been something. I went back a second time hoping the first was just a bad night… but nope. Definitely not welcomed at Ash.
