  Such a nice place with really cosy vibes. Lovely indoor and outdoor table settings. We had pancakes and waffles and they were really tasty and perfectly done. Highly recommend.

  I am currently travelling in Vietnam with my friends, one of which is bordering on Celiac. We found this cafe through an app called Atly. We all enjoyed the Big Fella waffle, Vietnamese coffees, and matcha. The cafe was well kept and cozy. The service was fantastic, Tuong made sure we were happy with our order and was very kind throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend visiting!

  Beautiful setting and easily one of the cutest little cafes I stumbled across, tucked away in the back streets of Da Nang. The atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. I loved that they offer a gluten free menu 😍 and the coffee was so good. The fresh juices were so refreshing too! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect place to unwind ☺️

  Had a lovely spot of brunch in CRAFT Café. Came here as it was listed on our gluten free app. My friend had gluten free waffles & coffee - delicious I had a berry smoothie & the butter lover pancakes - amazing! Great vibe and really helpful staff, greeted with an ice cold tea and lots of friendly faces. Service was super quick. Definitely recommend to anyone in Da Nang - Quan the lovely lad serving us was amazing!

  The brunch at craft cafe was lovely. I had the egg fella waffle and it was incredibly tasty and came well presented. My salt coffee was also really nice and came with a bear in the ice. Overall really good

  I was actually present in the café when this group was there (Review 1 Star further down), and my experience of the situation was very different from what is described here. The staff welcomed them politely, served them in a friendly way, and the atmosphere in the café was calm and pleasant. From what I saw, the problem was that they were asking for items that were clearly not available on the menu. Instead of accepting that, they complained quite loudly and behaved in a rather arrogant manner toward the staff. In my opinion, the café itself is beautiful, the service was friendly, and everything was handled professionally. It is unfair to blame the staff for not serving something that was not offered on the menu in the first place. We had a very good impression of this place and would definitely recommend it. And by the way they serve the Best Protein-Shake in Da Nang!!!

  I was really looking forward to visiting this café because of the gluten-free options, and the food itself was delicious. The interior is beautiful, and the atmosphere is lovely. Unfortunately, the service completely spoiled the experience. We waited around 30 minutes just for our coffee and nearly an hour for our food. It was disappointing because everything else had so much potential. I hope they improve the service, as the food and the setting definitely deserve it.

  Disappointed with the pancakes and waffles, the pancake has no flavor and is very dry, feel like eating something powder adding water. the staff said whipped cream is out of stock, so that waffle was not served with whipped cream neither ice cream. I cannot imagine a waffle shop tell you the whipped cream is not available.
