Excellent. The coliving space is very comfortable. The location is great - peaceful area, friendly vibe, pretty close to both, the beach and river. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay and work. Great wifi too. Basically everything you'd get at a hotel, plus a digital nomad community, and at a much lower price. Moreover, I appreciated the transparency -- everything was exactly as it appeared on the website and photos they shared. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and very professional. The adjoining cafe and coworking space are also comfortable, cheap, and peaceful. Overall, this place is a hidden gem and is more than value for money. I'll definitely come back the next time I visit Da Nang.

we were here for 6 months and cannot recommend this place highly enough. the booking process was super easy and they were very accommodating to our requests. we had a private office that was cleaned daily, and all members of staff were super friendly and helpful. the cafe on the 1st floor makes the best drinks! we can't wait to come back on our next working trip abroad

I had a great experience at Enosta Coworking Space. This is truly a wonderful place to work. Everything is very clean, well organized, and the environment is calm and professional. The staff are very welcoming and always ready to help. The internet is fast and reliable, which makes it perfect for working online. We also rented a private office for an amazing price, and the quality was very high. I highly recommend this coworking space for anyone looking for a comfortable and professional place to work in Da Nang.

I highly recommend this building for digital nomads, the internet speed is perfect, the private room is huge and the staff is very very nice and professional! She helped me from the beginning in anything and I really appreciate that! The price is great and I will stay here for 3 months using also the coworking space and rooftop, the area is quiet and you can get to the beach in just 15’ walking or supermarkets, restaurants in just few minutes from the hotel. ✅✅

It’s one of the more popular coworking spaces in Da Nang so keep in mind at certain days and hours it can be jammed packed and it’ll be harder to find a good comfortable seat. There’s 8 floors and on the 1st floor is the lobby and a cafe where if you sign up for a coworking option you’ll get a discount on your purchase. They’ve got multiple service options such as a hot desk which means every time you arrive you can pick a seat but it’s not a fixed reserved spot for you. There’s a fixed desk, private office (5-25 people) an event space (15-100 people), a co-living space, and even a virtual office. Each one varies for if you want hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and how many people but they sure got a lot of options.

I came to this coworking space today because I had two important meetings and several hours of work planned. Unfortunately, the experience was so disappointing that I will not return. The main issue is that there seems to be only one room where calls are allowed. In the main coworking area speaking is not common, which makes the space difficult to use for remote work. The meeting room itself was quite uncomfortable. There did not appear to be any air conditioning (or at least none was visible and nobody informed me about it beforehand) and the fan was not enough to deal with the heat and humidity. What frustrated me most was being asked to leave the room in the middle of my call because someone else needed it. Since calls were not allowed in the coworking area either, I ended up sitting outside the building for my second meeting in the heat, humidity, and with mosquitoes around (even for this hour I was charged). Card payment was not accepted, neither for drinks nor for the coworking space itself. Google Maps also stated opening hours until 7 PM, but reception informed me at 5 PM that the space was already closed and that I should return the next day with cash. Overall, regular cafés with WiFi in Da Nang currently offer a better atmosphere for remote work and meetings - with better and cheaper drinks as well.
