Awesome coworking space, good and big tables, good chairs, free coffe, water and bananas. Hana is very helpful and caring, making this place a great place to relax and study/work. The price is affordable and the view is impressive. It is in the 9th floor of the Waikiki Hotel, so you could also stay in the hotel and just take the elevator to enjoy the coworking whenever you want, because it is 24h open (yes, that is another plus that I did not mention). The coworking is not included while staying in the hotel, but you should check if there is any discount.

I really enjoy working here and have returned many times. The location is great, right next to a 24/7 mini mart. The community is friendly and respectful, making it easy to focus on work. The space is always clean, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent amenities, and I always feel welcome when I come back!

I’ve been working here for the past 3 weeks already and it’s the best decision I made here in Da Nang! You can come check out the space before committing and prices are extremely fair. The coworking space is also available 24/7 so you can come anytime you like. There are also lockers you can leave your things at to take a break at the beach. The wifi is blazing fast, the sea views are great, but most importantly, the coworking manager Hana and the people are so lovely! Everyone works hard during the week but the social activities that Hana planned have really helped me find a great community here in Da Nang as a solo digital nomad ☺️ When you work from your room, it can get less motivating so I’m super grateful to have found this place!

The building is easy to find, a little bit of an interesting location but you’ve got to go inside a building then up to the top floor. There’s free snacks, good wifi, air conditioning, lockers, etc. It’s a decent price too for the daily pass. I will say it does get super crowded when there’s a lot of people. It does get busier in the late morning - afternoon so keep that in mind before coming too. Overall, nice but if you like a quieter space or just less compact and farther from people this might not be ideal.

Coming here first thing in the morning to beat the crowd is the move. Cool little space, WiFi is good, they have snacks and private meeting rooms and a lot of desks to work from. Also, the views are pretty great since it’s on the 9th floor.

We have been here during day time, there is no sea view because all curtains were closed.. maybe because sunlight is not comfortable for people. Place was quiet, best workspaces are occupied.. I think maybe they are rented monthly.. maybe table have laptops and personal belongings on them.. so real availability is 2-3 seats. Chairs are comfy, table have sockets. The rooms also has toilet and small kitchen with snacks. 2 hour costs 50 dong which is relatively cheap. Overall 3.5 out of 5

The chairs in the space need to be replaced. Even with noise-canceling headphones on, I could hear every movement, and several of the other chairs felt worn or broken. The room was also uncomfortably warm, which made it difficult to work productively. I politely informed the front desk that I was leaving after less than 1.5 hours because the space simply wasn’t usable for me. Despite that, I was still charged the minimum fee. This isn’t about the amount—it’s about principle. If a workspace is being offered for use, it should meet a basic standard of comfort and functionality. And if a customer communicates that the environment isn’t workable and chooses to leave early, a refund is a reasonable and fair response. Instead, I was charged for a space I couldn’t use and then had to spend additional time and money relocating elsewhere to continue my work.

Initially, the workspace was perfect with a great view, equipment to rent, snacks, and call rooms. Quickly, it became clear that it was not being managed well. By evening the trash is piled up and stinks. Also, eating is allowed, which is okay if there's proper ventilation, but then there's a lot of odor. People have started to "reserve" spaces so there is often nowhere to sit because laptops from days ago are there. Thing is, reservations are not offered or allowed according to the staff. I'm sure they're losing quite a bit of money. No one is monitoring who comes and goes. I went a number of times without knowing how or who to pay. The staff interrupted my meeting in the call room to grab some items, but would not leave when it was clear that I was in a meeting. I have a job that requires me to protect client identity. There are better options nearby. It's affordable and gets the job done if you need a place to work periodically. However, if you need something consistent this is not it. There won't be anywhere to sit, but you might get away with using the space for free.
