  TikTak is hands down my favorite place to work in Da Nang. I have the freedom to work from anywhere in the city, but I find myself coming here every single day because the environment is just that good. The space itself is beautiful and perfectly designed for productivity, but it’s the staff that really makes the difference. They are incredibly patient and accommodating, even when I’m being a "handful." Everyone is fantastic, but a huge shoutout to Emma—she helped me most recently and was absolutely stellar. She made sure I had everything I needed to get my work done without a hitch. If you’re looking for a reliable, gorgeous, and friendly workspace in Da Nang, this is it.

  If you re looking for office spaces for rent near Han River, look no further than Tiktak at Thai Phien. Great location, modern interiors, and reliable high-speed internet. One of the top coworking spaces for remote workers in the city.

  I’ve tried all the coworking spaces in Da Nang, and this is the best! Great aesthetics, natural light, reliable wifi. I recommend for digital nomads who want to focus. The staff are helpful and listen to feedback. Still some room for improvement, like the standing desk is too short to use, but overall it’s a great spot.

  Great coworking space in Da Nang. The Thai Phien location is in a convenient area, quiet streets but still close to everything. A top coworking space in Da Nang needs to tick a lot of boxes, and Tiktak ticks almost all of them.

  I came across this place while searching for coworking spaces near Da Nang city center. Tiktak Thai Phien is thoughtfully designed and very refined. It feels more like a boutique office than a typical coworking space. The team is incredibly supportive and makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.

  Great coworking space in Da Nang. I spent a month here, and enjoyed my time. You can focus on work for real. The staff is extremely professional and super helpful, for real, this coworking space is handled really professionally, I am impressed. There are 2 floors I guess, although I never used the second floor, the first floor was more than enough for me. You have a quiet room, a room where some talking is allowed (great for people who need to make frequent calls for their work), a kitchen where you can eat, and a café in the premises. There's a discount for the café if you're with Tiktak. I definitely recommend this coworking space. They have different schedule options and you can choose 24h too if you wish.

  We saw many good reviews and came to experience ourselves. 👍 The good stuffs: - Spacious - Very cool aircon - Many seats - Quiet - Polite staff - Pantry with tea and water 👎 The nope: - With that price I would expect to have monitors to work with. - Not every table comes with a power socket. This is the most basic thing in a co-working space. - The aircon was really cold, so cold that would make you sleepy. We had to switch places several times. Sitting outside was hot and the staffs were unboxing some stuffs there. But inside was too cold. - The matcha sucked.. Even though every drink came with 15% discount.. it was still 55k. I can get very decent matcha with that price elsewhere. We rented 4 hours but left after 3 hours. It was very unproductive. Overall it was a waste of money and time. Hope the matters above will get resolved.
