  I ve tried many coworking space in Da Nang options before settling here. Tiktak at Le Hong Phong nails it - the private office service is professional, the common area is lively without being noisy, and there s a proper relaxation zone for lunchtime. Perfect for long-term stays.

  I’ve been using the private office service at Tiktak Le Hong Phong for a few months now, and it’s been a great experience so far. What I appreciate most is the balance between privacy and community. The office is quiet enough for deep work, but the shared space still offer a nice opportunity to connect with others when you need a break. The front desk and support staff are also super helpful and responsive, whether it’s assisting with deliveries, technical support, or just helping you get settled. Another bonus: the location is really convenient. It’s easy to find, close to cafes and lunch spots. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for office spaces for rent near Han River.

  As someone who works in UX design, I'm picky about aesthetics. Tiktak actually impressed me — the interior design is cohesive and functional. Good natural lighting, comfortable chairs, and enough outlets for everyone. Big thumbs up!

  Tiktak is one of the places I’ve enjoyed working from the most. I came in for a day pass and ended up getting a monthly plan. It has a calm, focused atmosphere that I don’t usually find in other coworking spaces
