  I had 16 crowns done at Australian Dental Clinic in Da Nang, and the whole experience was better than I expected. The team was extremely professional from start to finish, and the clinic itself is surgical-level clean — easily on par with what you’d see in Australia. The dentists took their time to get everything right, explained each step clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The nurses were genuinely kind, patient, and nurturing, which makes a huge difference when you’re in the chair for multiple visits. The quality of the work is excellent, the environment is spotless, and the service is far more personal than what I’m used to back home. If you’re considering major dental work in Da Nang, this place is absolutely worth it. Forever grateful regards Darrin

  I usually get a teeth cleaning every 3-4 months. I was due for one so we made an appointment to have it done here. I have extreme anxiety at the dentist which is why back home, I've had the same dentist for 20+ years who understands my anxiety. I also have a very sensitive gag reflex so it makes my anxiety even more severe. Dr Thao was my dentist. He was so thorough and meticulous, taking his time. I did not feel like he was rushing at all. I raised my hand a few times and he immediately stopped so that the dental hygienist could suction. I also felt that the whole cleaning wasn't aggressive. Often times back home, I will encounter pain during my cleaning due to my dentist poking too hard. I also end up with a little blood at the end of the clean. I did not experience this at all here. I also did not once gag during the entire clean. Even with my dentist of over 20 years, I will gag every single time. I highly recommend Australian Dental Clinic. A cleaning also included a complimentary consultation and 360° dental x-ray (my dentist back home doesn't even have this machine). They were super professional and were very clear upfront on cost as well. I have zero hesitation in coming back here again for my dental needs.

  I first visited Australian Dental Clinic Danang for a consultation, and I was honestly impressed from the very beginning. They provided a full X-ray, CT scan, and a professional consultation completely free of charge, which is extremely rare. The doctors took their time to carefully explain my dental condition and gave me a clear and realistic treatment plan. On January 2nd I also happened to visit during their lucky draw event and even won a prize, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I decided to do teeth whitening there as well, and the price was very reasonable compared to the quality of service and the results. I am very happy with how bright and natural my smile looks now. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping patients achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. Everything feels modern, clean, and well organized. I truly recommend Australian Dental Clinic Danang to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in Da Nang.

  Awesome experience. I heard about this place on a YouTube video of a guy who traveled to Vietnam just for dental care. You can get it done at a fraction of the cost with about 3-4 times better quality. I had no appointment- just showed up and was seen. The exam and X-ray are free. The cost for cleaning, whitening, and a new set of retainers all for 200 USD. The staff were so lovely and professional. Highly recommend. I will be back for more treatment and new crowns later. They accept USD for payment FYI.

  Thank you so much for the incredible care! Communication was great by WhatsApp , they helped me to make an appointment, answered all questions. The doctors were so attentive and caring. The clinic is beautiful and equipped with the latest technology. My full teeth whitening and cleaning was a wonderful experience, and this is genuinely the best dental visit I’ve had.They did all X-rays and talked about all teeth as well Not an advertisement —honest review , just truly grateful!

  I visited Australian Dental Services and received excellent care—definitely a 5 out of 5 experience. I required a crown, and the team took great care to ensure it matched my natural teeth. When I was not fully happy with the initial colour, they promptly remade it without hesitation, showing genuine care and attention to detail. The staff were polite, professional, and welcoming, and the clinic was extremely clean and well organised. I appreciated their honest and patient-focused approach. I would always recommend seeking a second opinion—my experience elsewhere felt sales-driven, whereas Australian Dental Services focused on preserving my teeth and providing appropriate treatment. The quality of work was excellent, with follow-up care included, and the cost was a fraction of what I would expect to pay in other countries. Highly recommended.

  I visited this clinic to treat a single tooth. They placed a composite filling and immediately started aggressively pushing for expensive treatments, including an implant and a crown. What is hilarious is that when I came to them last year for a dental cleaning, they told me that my teeth were perfectly fine and healthy. This complete lack of consistent diagnosis just proves how unprofessional they are—they suddenly "found" problems only when they wanted to upsell me. After returning to my home country, I consulted another dentist and realized the quality of their work was abysmal. The filling they placed is completely flat — it completely lacks the natural anatomical contours (cusps and grooves) required for proper occlusion (bite). Because of this poor restoration, my bite was misaligned, which triggered a chain reaction affecting 2 to 3 adjacent teeth on the bottom row. Now, I have to travel 4,200 km back and forth to properly treat my teeth and fix the severe mistakes made by this clinic. To make matters worse, they charged me double the standard price for this subpar filling. I also requested a comprehensive, detailed treatment plan. Two days later, they simply sent me a basic spreadsheet with just three lines and a total price tag of 43,000,000 VND, without any medical breakdown or justification. The clinic looks incredibly high-end and modern, but do not trust the cover. The actual dental care and transparency are non-existent. Highly NOT recommended.

  I visited this clinic for a standard dental cleaning, but the experience was disappointing. First, my appointment started about 40 minutes late without any clear explanation or apology. That already set a poor tone. The cleaning itself was extremely brief. After roughly 5 minutes, they indicated they were finished, which raises serious questions about the thoroughness and quality of the treatment. A proper cleaning should take significantly longer and be more detailed. Additionally, I had to explicitly ask for polishing. This was not offered by default, which is unusual, as polishing is generally considered a standard part of a cleaning procedure. Without asking, it simply would not have been done. Communication was also inconsistent. The reception staff spoke good English, which was helpful, but the dentists themselves spoke little to no English. This made it difficult to understand what was being done or to ask questions during the procedure. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unstructured, and below professional standards. I would recommend improving time management, communication, and the quality and completeness of the cleaning service. Based on this experience I would not return.
