Left with my teeth feeling extra clean! My friend got her cavity filled for a very good price. The process is easy for foreigners and the staff is very kind.

top dentist in danang: clean, spacious, professional, friendly, service oriented. dental cleaning by miss 'pham thi hong nhung' is highly recommended - very sensitive hands and excellent job for 300k vnd. modern x-ray facilities, full analysis of dental status quo, top quality materials (crowns etc), competitive pricing. highly recommended clinic, with international high quality standards.

Just had 5 fillings, a root canal and 4 crowns. My dentist explained to me everything I needed to do for my cross bite and helped me understand what’s best. Communication was good through WhatsApp and once there. It’s looks pretty popular for international and I trusted the team. Very clear and upfront about prices and services. Gave me more suggestions and options than I had back in Australia to try and save a tooth. 15 years warranty for my Lava plus Porcelain Crowns (zirconia core with porcelain) . The crowns were ready 2 days later, very quick. Very happy, Thank you team x

Took my 9 year old daughter to this Multi-Floor Dental Office to repair a filling. My daughter is usually really worried about the dentist, but they made her feel comfortable, which is something very few have been able to do. I was very impressed with the way they treated her throughout the entire process. Incredibly clean and hygienic. The staff are VERY friendly and communicate easily. The pricing is very affordable. We were able to get am appointment the same day via WhatsApp. We will definitely be repeat clients at this office.

Ask for this lady! She was really thorough and did a great job cleaning - 300k for a session and at the same time I came out with amazing results. I normally hate the dentist but this place definitely made me think twice. Also I got a mouth guard (slightly thicker than Invisalign) for 5mil which is definitely a great price. To top it off I can pick it up tomorrow which is 24 hours!

Very friendly and professional service and staff. Teeth whitening process was great, explained the after-care really well. Coming back next year for annual check up

Lotus Dental delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. We arranged a same‑day appointment easily over WhatsApp, and the staff spoke excellent English. On arrival, we were welcomed with slippers and water, then given one‑on‑one assistance to complete our medical review. We were taken straight to the treatment rooms, where the check‑up was completely free and all costs were clearly explained. Our routine cleaning began immediately, and it was honestly the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had in my life. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional, efficient, and genuinely caring dental service.

I went to Lotus Smile Dental today after reading great reviews online. My partner and I opted for the whitening and cleaning, which was included in the service. A few things I found challenging: 1. This was our first time getting a whitening and nothing was explained by the staff before we started- the length of time we would be sitting in the chairs, needing to potentially take pain medication (which we ended up opting to do, but felt unnecessarily rushed and again not thoroughly explained), and just generally what to expect was not shared. The woman who was doing my whitening also left me in my chair without telling me what was happening or how much time I would need to be there (feels pretty basic to share what is happening with the patient so they are comfortable and at ease). Helping people understand the service being provided goes a long way and helps alleviate anxiety and uncertainty. 2. My partner has some slight staining on his teeth, which he did not give much thought to. It’s not noticeable unless you look closely, but it is something he’s a bit self conscious about. After the whitening, his teeth had several splotches and even more discoloration than before. When we shared with the staff our concerns, they said “you had this before, so it will be the same now.” While this to some extent is true, the discoloration is now much more noticeable as a result of the whitening. If they knew this would be the case, I have some concerns about letting patrons know or rather not letting them know what they can expect from the service they are paying for. I believe he would have opted not to do the whitening had he known it would exacerbate and seemingly make worse something he is already quite sensitive about it. I feel frustrated that the wellbeing of the patient and a potential impact of service is not readily shared. I also feel horrible that I recommend this to him 😞 3. The primary dentist looked at my teeth for less than 10 seconds before my cleaning to determine whether or not I had any cavities. While I should perhaps be grateful that he said I didn’t, I do not feel confident that I was professionally assessed and would expect a more thorough assessment during a general cleaning and inspection of my teeth. 4. The level of English of the staff was somewhat limited, which I found surprising after reading the reviews online. It has me wondering if some of the lack of sharing was due to a language barrier. Again, for those considering this service it might be something to consider. Final thoughts: I took some more time to read reviews after my experience today and found several 1s and 2s that shared similar sentiments about lack of care and explanation. Just because I place has good reviews does not mean you shouldn’t investigate to get a full picture or perhaps a more honest one. The prices for the services offered are incredibly affordable and I can understand why people would choose to do this while traveling, especially when the cost can be so expensive in other parts of the world. That being said, there was a lot lacking for us in this experience particularly communication around what to expect. For my whitening, I also did not notice a significant and difference 🤷🏼♀️ It would have been better for me to forgo and enjoy more delicious Vietnamese food before the end of our visit, but alas… lesson learned. I will likely not return here in the future based on the experience I had today and honestly would not recommend it to others unless it’s something you really need or is a service you would not be able to afford back home. For those considering whitening or a service here do your research first as you won’t get much from the facility.
