This dental clinic is exceptional! Clean, modern, and well-maintained. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The doctors and the other staff members are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Top quality at a very affordable price. Highly recommend

Their veneers are good but not so good for a removable denture. I had veneer at first so I thought all of their services are good. Not good quality and fit for removable denture so I might get a new one in the Philippines. If you get veneers, I recommend them.

I’ll start by saying that the managers who handle online appointment bookings are the face of the company — and this company is suffering because of an inexperienced manager, which harms the entire business. I booked my appointment in advance through Facebook. When I arrived, no one knew about my appointment or why I was there. During booking, I was told that the clinic staff spoke English, which turned out to be a lie — not a single person there spoke English. (That’s not a problem in itself, but why lie about it?) In the chat, they never mentioned that I would need to do a CT scan, which cost 500,000. I specifically asked beforehand if my visit would require any additional expenses. I asked if I could pay in advance, since I wasn’t sure whether my card would work with NFC — they ignored my request and sent me straight to the procedure, even though I wasn’t sure I’d be able to pay for it. Even though my appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, I had to wait 20 minutes for the doctor. So apparently they work by live queue, and appointments don’t really matter — again, no one mentioned this. When booking online, I was told one price, but the doctor quoted a price four times higher, explaining that the first price was for braces for “normal” teeth. I’m obviously not a dentist, but it seems logical that braces are meant to straighten not normal teeth — because normal teeth don’t need braces. And it’s also logical that with more complicated teeth alignment, braces are worn longer, not priced higher. So I’d say it’s hard to trust a clinic that misleads patients like this. Not to mention that I came for a consultation about braces, and the doctor started telling me I should get veneers instead. If a doctor doesn’t understand the huge difference between natural healthy teeth and veneers — or what veneers actually do to your teeth — then there’s really nothing more to say.

Bad customer service and unprofessional. The girl that serves me is always smiling, but don't be fooled, she doesn't keep her word. 1st day I went in she said she'd call me tomorrow when my prosthetic is ready. I waited all day and decided to go in to check in the evening. When I arrived, she said it's not ready, then I said Dr said it would be ready today and then a few moments later, miraculously, its ready. After the procedure, went back downstairs, the girl said I will call you tomorrow when it's time to come back. I said, Dr said to come back at 3pm, she said no, wait for me to call before you come. Next day, again I waited and finally at 5pm I decided to go in. As soon as she saw me, she said oh, its ready. I don't think these people care about their patients or have any compassion about the discomfort of the patients. Finally, my teeth are done and I no longer have to come back to this place (thank god). I went downstairs and the girl told me my final balance. I gave her cash, she took it, and never came back. I'm sitting there waiting for her to confirm that my bill are paid up and she sees me but never said a word. No thank you, no good bye, no nothing. Lucky for me, at least this girl smiles. There's another girl at the reception that looks like she hates the world. When she look at people, she has a dark hateful look in her eyes. Prices change depending on who you speak to. Reception quote 1 price, Dr quote price and you pay the higher price. Very nice Dr, but it seems like she has no say in this establishment. I have to say, my female dentist does a good job on my teeth, although at times I feel like a lab rat the way I'm treated in the chair.

AVOID THAT TOURIST TRAP! - We made a FREE appointment in ENGLISH and it turned out to be a zero English dental scan with a very inaccurate review of our dental condition. And very impolite receptionist pressed for us to paid a fortune for the scans which we refused and left (because the consultation was supposed to be free). Not the cleanest, not the newest but mostly not the nicest. I can’t recommend anybody to go there, was overall a very awkward and unpleasant experience.
