  It was a great experience. Both my husband and I had teeth cleaning, and everything was very professional. The doctor checked which level of cleaning each of us needed and set the price at 200K and 300K. They also took before-and-after photos of our teeth and pointed out where we have cavities. Overall, we were very satisfied.

  I cannot speak highly enough of this dentist, walked in off the street to enquire about cleaning and whitening. Got treated straight away for cleaning and it was so much better than my dentist in the UK! And at a fraction of the cost. They advised against whitening as I had receding gums, where they could have just taken the money. Fantastic service 10/10.

  After a lot of research and questions, I decided to go ahead with some veneers with East Meets West dentistry. I’m not getting a discount for this review or any sort of compensation of any kind but I just wanted to let the team know how extremely happy I was with my veneers. I could not be any happier after comparing prices and technology with my Canadian dentistry counterparts doing the same thing. I found the team to be highly professional, extremely dedicated to finishing the job perfectly and to make sure I was totally happy. In the end, I was ecstatic to see such a difference. I would highly recommend East Meets West and especially my gratitude to the team of Dr. Phung Duc Anh, Nrs. Thuy Trang and Ngoc Hung… I would recommend them highly and trust them 100%.

  Living in the area for over 20 years, I have been experiencing many dentists, of which Dong Tay Hoi Ngo ( also named as East Meet West) is my best choice. At here, for the last 3 years I have done those treatments: teeth cleaning, disease of periodontal, teeth extraction, gum repair patch, teeth filling. All services were very good. The place is a 3 storey building equipped with modern equipment and machines but the best part of it is the people. They examined, listened to me carefully, gently and gave me the right choice based on my time availability. They were flexible to suite my business time. Among the personel, doctor Kim Anh was exceptionally good in her job and 1 lady who did me the cleaning teeth ( I forgot her name). Other staff were nice too. Many expats and tourists take advantage of using the services here as it is much cheaper compared to their home countries. I often introduce my guests and the feed have been good so far. I strongly recommend you to try out.

  I cannot express my gratitude enough for the dental work that was completed by Dr Minh and her associates this past November. I live in Canada and I am blessed that our daughter is currently living in Da Nang, and had a friend, who had flown from Australia, to have dental work done at East Meets West Dental Clinic. My daughter was so impressed by the end result she immediately thought of me and my dental needs, which believe me, were very extensive. After discussing my situation with Dr Minh online, she won over my confidence and I can't say how overjoyed I am with my new smile. I actually cried when they gave me the mirror. I am a new man and my wife said I look at least 15 years younger. The service was outstanding in every way. They always made me feel comfortable and trust me, I was in the chair for many hours at a time, for days. I always was afraid of going for dental work in the past because I never knew what the next issue was going to be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff at East Meets West. I am always promoting you to everyone who asks about my new smile!

  Best dentist place in Danang. I came here always since I found it last 3 years. The doctor is very friendly and gentle to me. It feels like home when you walk in. Everyone here speaks English very well. Highly recommend!!!!

  An excellent denta clinic.....A Clean environment with the latest technology and up to date treatments .....The doctor/dentist spoke very good English to help with my crown, filling and clean which I needed....same with all the dentists there and hygienist at the clinic... very professional.....the whole staff were very helpful, thorough, kind, very kind and friendly.....all of the staff are fantastic and very funny and made me feel comfortable and at ease.....The staff were so helpful.....They thoroughly explained step by step what I needed.....Thankyou very much, I'm so happy with the results.... A very good price from someone from the Uk....Have a most wonderful day to all the staff, we had a laugh. Thanks Stewart 😁

  My experience here was sadly not satisfactory. Initially while travelling for a year, I made an appointment to have the composite bonding on about 3 of my teeth restored. During communication with Minh I was told that porcelain veneers would be a better option, although they were significantly dearer. After I was evaluated for suitability work started. Firstly while in the chair with 8 of my teeth ground to little pegs, the quote was altered by about $1000 nzd, I was mortified, but it was framed up as a misunderstanding. I had no choice but to move forward and cough up the extra money. After the procedure was complete I left happy with the result, until the first veneer fell off while eating soft pizza. I was now out of Vietnam, so had to have it rebonded elsewhere. Over the course of the next 9 months I repetitively had problems with 2 of the veneers falling off, creating huge inconveniences in our travel plans. I eventually contacted Minh to explain the problems I was having. She was very understanding and reimbursed me for the cost of rebonding that I had in various countries through Europe. The end result was that the two veneers I had problems with ended up having to be crowned as they should not have had veneers in the first place due to my bite. The first crown which cost a very reasonable $400, Minh reimbursed, but she was clearly not happy about it, but when I had arrived home in NZ and had to have the other problematic tooth crowned costing $1700 Nzd, Mihn did everything to avoid paying. Stringing me along for 4 months promising she would cover the cost, but then finally ghosting me. My husband also had a crown done by this clinic and has had nothing but trouble with tooth sensitivity and pain. All in all a very disappointing experience. would I return or recommend this clinic.... No way!!!!
