  I do not recommend this clinic. I came to this clinic to continue my orthodontic treatment with braces that were already installed. The clinic accepted my case, and I paid 16 million VND (50% of the treatment cost). After that, I was only able to visit the clinic once. Then the clinic suddenly closed. Patients were not informed in advance. I arrived for my appointment and found the clinic closed. Since then, I have been unable to get any information about my treatment. Neither the staff of this clinic nor representatives of other branches respond to my messages. It is also impossible to get any information by phone. My treatment has effectively been interrupted, my money has already been paid, and nobody can explain when the clinic will reopen, who will be responsible for my treatment, or how I can receive a refund. The worst part of this situation is the complete lack of communication and the fact that patients are simply being ignored. I hope the clinic management will finally contact me and resolve this situation.
