  I had a great experience here. The dentist and staff were incredibly accommodating and professional from start to finish. They guided me throughout my dental treatment and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.   I had extensive dental work completed including 19 new crowns, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. Before my treatment, I was in significant pain due to enamel erosion, and my teeth were in very poor condition. From the very beginning, the team at the clinic provided excellent communication, keeping me well-informed both before I arrived and throughout my stay in Danang. The clinic itself is world-class, with facilities and standards that far exceed anything I have experienced in Australia. What stood out most to me, however, was the kindness and gentleness of the dentists. As someone who was quite nervous about undergoing such intensive treatment, their care and reassurance made a huge difference. The outcome has been life-changing. I am now completely pain-free and, for the first time in a long while, I can smile with confidence again. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend the Orient Dental Clinic to anyone considering dental treatment.

  Yesterday dr. Suong removed my wisdom teeth, it was a complicated case but I have no swelling at all and no numbness after the removing. I feel everything completely. I wanted to thank dr Suong, she is the best! I were really scared but she did everything quickly, she is very caring and after the removing I feel very good and I have no negative consequences! She is real professional! Also want to thank the dental assistant. She was also very kind and neat.

  I went to this clinic for a cleaning and I was really happy with the experience. The place is super clean and modern, and the staff are very friendly from the beginning. The dentist and the assistant were very gentle and understanding, which was important for me because I have sensitive teeth. They worked carefully, explained what they were doing, and I felt safe the whole time. The treatment was quick, and I had no pain at all. Communication was also good because some of the staff speak English, so I could ask questions and they understood me well. The price and quality together are amazing. I only had time for a cleaning this visit because I came a bit late, but next time I will go for a whitening because I already trust them. Overall, I felt very comfortable here, and I can really recommend this clinic if you want friendly service, professional dentists, and a place where they understand if you have sensitive teeth.

  I had teeth cleaning and then Beyond Light teeth whitening done. Staff are professional, the equipment they use is first class and the place is spotlessly clean. Teeth are a little sensitive at the moment but its been less than an hour since treatment.

  Very good clinic! The staff is friendly and welcoming, they take the time to explain every procedure, and the quality of the dental work is excellent! Prices are also very reasonable. I will come here again for a checkup

Because I am currently an Invisalign user, they went above and beyond to make me custom retainers right after the procedures. This ensures my teeth remain completely stable and aligned until I can get back to Canada for my next official scan. The coordination was impressive, with a team of about three professionals working efficiently on my care. The lead dentist was incredibly kind, thoroughly professional, and spoke perfect English, making the entire diagnostic and treatment process clear and stress-free.   Unfortunately, I can only give this dental clinic one star. Today I went there for a teeth cleaning. My first impression was that the clinic works more for volume rather than quality. The cleaning lasted only about 5 minutes and the quality was very poor. I was very disappointed with the service. After I spoke to the doctor, they repeated the cleaning and polishing for a few more minutes, but the quality was still not good. The consultation and X-ray were good, but after this experience I now have concerns about doing any treatment at this clinic
