  Fantastic clinic. Porcelain crown at a fraction of the price vs. back home. Went in for a cleaning and a consult on a broken crown. Was quoted thousands of dollars back home. Was expecting a long, complicated process. They told me they can build the post after the cleaning, measure the mold for a new crown, and could come back the next day to put it on. I was amazed how quick and painlessly the whole process was. Staff are friendly, equipment modern, and the work was warranted for 7-years. Literally saved thousands of dollars, paid for my trip to Thailand and Vietnam. Thank you TGM.

  Do not hesitate! I was travelling through Vietnam and had a dental emergency. I was so nervous and unsure what to do. I made an appointment with TGM Dental and they were able to see me within two days. Everything was so professional, friendly, modern, welcoming and clean. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was told to get antibiotics to deal with the infection in my molar, and they extracted it two days later. I've since returned home to Australia and everything has healed beautifully. If I knew how easy and cheap it was to get dental work in Vietnam I would have had more done! Thinking about going back to get an implant!! Thanks again to the wonderful women there xx

  This is my second appointment here! I must say the new location and treatment rooms are fantastic. The staff greet you with a warm welcome to the clinic. You’re escorted to your respective chair and the dental specialist was outstanding. I went for an overdue routine cleaning; but got several fillings as well that were identified - a second opinion was requested and the recommended treatment was to be filled - I got it done immediately. The Dental Specialist was extremely detailed and careful and respected my sensitivities. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone - if you’re an expat visiting or long term resident - this is an excellent choice. Additionally, for retirees living on a budget- it’s affordable. You can also book your appointments online if you can’t get through via phone call. English is well spoken with excellent communication. I’m extremely happy with the outcome of my appointment today. Thanks to the entire staff.

  I made an appointment here about a month in advance because I wanted to know about their prices and I needed to make sure we could fit it into our schedule. My son and I go to the dentist twice a year so we just wanted a cleaning and polish. It was 150,000 for my kid and 250,000 for mine (maybe because I have a retainer?). I recommend not wearing makeup because my face was soaked in the process, but we both left very happy with the service of the kind dentists.

  03-05-24 I made an appointment to have my teeth whitened. I showed up 20 minutes early and they were able to see me right away. After an hour of laser session, the hygienist, Sinh, checked to see if I was satisfied with the brightness. I wanted a little bit brighter. So he continued for another 15 minutes and my teeth were pearly white. I was very pleased with the results! My husband had some crowns put over his implants. The next day, he had a little trouble with his bites. He called and they were able to see him right away. They fixed the problem quickly. He was very happy with the results. Dr. Tin, the dentist who did the procedure, took good care of my husband. Both my husband and I were more than happy with the results and the services provided by the staff of TGM. They don’t have the cheapest prices in town and their office is not fancy but they will do a good job and their service is excellent. I also wanted to give a shout out to Mi, the receptionist, she was very cordial and professional. Note: Jennifer, the Deputy Director, speaks fluent English. She will explain everything in detail, very professional. Thank you TGM staff for your superb service!

What I appreciated most is that the experience felt genuinely client-directed. They adapted the appointment to our needs instead of following a fixed routine. When my husband had an issue with one molar, they explained everything with clarity, honesty, and transparency, without pressure. That kind of openness builds real trust. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism with a human, attentive approach, this is worth considering.   One of the best dentist experiences that I have ever had, with mild to no discomfort during the entire procedure. I did whitening and teeth cleaning with them, and they were very professional and extremely transparent about pricing. For anyone in Da Nang, I would say you have to come visit! (Whitening results were unreal)

  Amazing and highly recommend! I popped in whilst on holiday, on the off chance, with friends who wanted a teeth clean. I've not been to a dentist in a while due to problems in finding an NHS dentist back in the UK. I wanted to see what they could fix in the few days I had in Da Nang...three sessions later I had fixed, almost*, everything that i needed to for an incredible price compared to the prevalent prices for work in the UK. * I say almost, as there was more they wanted to do, but rather than charge me, make money and hope...they cautioned me that as I was leaving in a few days that they wanted to be sure that I would be okay, and recommended not doing it there and then. That is the epitome of customer care vs chasing cash. I needed a follow up letter for my UK insurance company. It took a short while but was very detailed and satisfied them. Two things: rock up, but recommend booking from the UK if you know what you might roughly need to ensure you get all you need done. I didn't need to, but don't miss out. The care and service is comparable or better than many UK dentists I have been to. The second: The dentist are super nice, and very kind and shout out to Chau the office manager. Perfect English, endless patience and made the whole process super pleasant.
