I had a very good experience at this Pilates studio. The teacher is very professional, patient, and very attentive with the students. She takes the time to make sure everyone understands the movements and feels comfortable during the class. I felt well guided and cared for. The atmosphere is also very calm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to practice Pilates.

The transformation I have experienced at Equinox Pilates in Da Nang has been nothing short of extraordinary. After suffering an injury that affected my back, hip, and knee, I spent nearly a year in physical therapy. While I was not yet fully recovered, I felt my body—my vessel—was ready to begin the next phase of healing and reclaim its strength and flexibility. When I arrived in Da Nang for a month-long stay, I spoke extensively with the receptionist about my hopes for my body and what I wanted to achieve during my time there. Because I had never taken a Pilates class before, I decided to begin with a private session to see how my body would respond to the movements and the practice. From the moment my instructor arrived, I knew I had found something special. She carried herself with the posture of a ballerina, the elegance of a model, the calm presence of a spiritual guide, and the confidence of a highly experienced trainer. There was a beautiful balance of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. Our first session focused on building a strong foundation—form, alignment, breath, and awareness. I quickly realized that Pilates is far more than the reformer machine I had seen before. Equinox is equipped with a wide variety of machines and equipment that allow the body to move and strengthen in incredibly precise ways. Through extensions from fingertips to toes, coordinated breathing, slow controlled movements, and thoughtful guidance, I began to feel my body respond in ways that were both empowering and healing. Encouraged by this experience, I moved forward with three classes per week, which my instructor recommended for the best results. Each class built methodically upon the last. The program was clearly tailored to my specific needs, helping my body gain greater awareness, strength, and flexibility. Not only did the injured areas begin to improve, but my entire body started to feel more integrated and balanced. I stood taller. I moved with greater ease. The stiffness and pain that once limited me began to soften. What I loved most was the variety. No two classes were ever the same. Each session introduced new movements, equipment, and ways to engage the body that kept the practice exciting and deeply rewarding. The knowledge and awareness I’ve gained at Equinox will continue to support my body long after I leave Da Nang. I truly feel grateful that I discovered Equinox Pilates and that I was guided to such a gifted instructor who has elevated this practice into something that feels like both science and art. Whether you are recovering from injury like I was, completely new to Pilates, or already experienced in the practice, Equinox is an exceptional place to train. The studio is beautifully equipped, and the instructors clearly have the knowledge to support all levels—from beginners to the most advanced practitioners. I can wholeheartedly recommend Equinox Pilates during your stay in Da Nang. For me, it has become a place of transformation, and I know it will be one of the first places I return to every time I visit this beautiful city again.

Had a great time with Teacher Ivy. It was my first time trying Pilates and she was so patient and friendly. The place is clean and complete with all the essentials :) Her assistant Mary is so accomodating as well. A must visit Pilates Studio when in Danang.

A very impressive, clean, and well-equipped space. The money you spend on this experience is absolutely worth it if you want a private, luxurious experience with highly qualified instructors. I highly recommend this place for those who want long training sessions or for tourists who are still interested in working out.

I decided to try Pilates for the first time in my life and I don't regret it. I also chose the right studio. The manager and trainers are excellent. My body has noticeably tightened in just four classes. I didn't expect that, but I'm really happy about it! My friend and I took partner classes, so we always work out in a wonderful, feminine and friendly atmosphere. I recommend this Pilates studio to everyone!

I did two private Pilates Reformer lessons, and it was a great experience! The studio is so pretty! I love every detail, and it’s just so nice to work out in such an environment. The prices are also reasonable — I paid 550k per lesson (private Reformer session). They provide water, a towel, and a locker. Also, if you take more classes, some discounts are available.
