This gym has great air flow. Theres plenty of AC and fans to keep it comfortable. A ton of cardio, weight machines and free weights. I’ve been here a week and have signed up for an additional week. It’s pretty solid! Need to take a yoga class soon!!

By far my favorite gym in Da Nang. I got a week pass and it’s worth it. The equipment here was great and functional. For what I paid it’s more than enough, lots of space and lots of different workout pieces. Got my leg day in for sure! I highly recommend this spot. I’d definitely come back here again when I visit again.

Here's the downsides first: Limited free weight options. There is only one squat rack and one smith machine, so I often had to wait during peak times. Dumbbells top out at 40 kg, which is too light for a strong lifter. Aside from that, HD Fitness in Da Nang was a great place to stay consistent with my training while travelling. There is sufficient machines for both upper and lower body sessions, making it easy to hit all major muscle groups. The atmosphere was motivating without being overcrowded, especially during my 6:30 am workouts. The lighting is aesthetic, the gym is a comfortable medium size, and it is easy to move around without feeling cramped. For less than 25 US dollars for a 7 day membership, it offered excellent value and suited my needs adequately.

Day pass is 150.000. The gym entrance is up the stairs: you have to scan in to enter. There is no water fountain inside the gym. The water dispenser is downstairs...before the gym check-in/check out... Why isn't the water dispenser in the gym for those who definitely need it? Or perhaps just install a second water dispenser in the gym? Finally, the gym looks big, but doesn't have the amount/variety of equipment you'd expect. I expected a lot more variety from the photos I saw before going. There is more than enough to get a workout, though, and the gym was very clean.

I am a happy user of this gym. It fits my purposes: athletics, functional workouts and lifting. The equipment is sufficient and quality is alright. I wouldnt say it's premium and there could be more stuff - both functional or machine wise - but it's solid. There are big fans on the side walls that really help with the circulation. There are also some movable AC units but they're not super strong. The fans work great for me though. All in all, the gym is very good for me. I'm here long term and I got a membership for 12 months, paying an approximate 350k VND / month.

Came here and bought a day pass after reading reviews that it was one of the only air conditioned gyms in Da Nang. I can report that it was NOT air conditioned. They had very good and strong fans, but the gym itself was probably only a few degrees cooler than outside. If they decided not to turn the AC on this day, I don’t know when they would seeing as there is currently a heat wave. It is a nice enough gym and if you are used to working out in extreme heat you will be fine, but I encourage tourists used to air conditioned workouts to find another option.

The gym has a low entry price at 150,000vnd for day pass. Gym is very old, dirty, and has hole in the walls and ceilings. The bathrooms are disgusting. The equipment is well maintained. Not a lot of heavy plates. This is a good gym if you are a beginner or on a budget. Not good for setup athletes

In my personal experience, this gym charges high-end prices but delivers a level of quality that does not justify the cost at all. The value for money is, in my opinion, very poor. The machines did not feel well designed from a biomechanical standpoint, and the weight stacks are limited, making serious training difficult. On top of that, based on what I observed, there are very few 20 kg plates available, which is unacceptable for a gym that presents itself as “premium.” Another issue is the general lack of organization: plates are often left loaded on machines and barbells after use, creating constant disorder. This gives the impression that there are no clear rules or proper supervision. As for the staff, in my experience there was no greeting or sense of welcome at all. The attitude felt cold and unmotivated, almost as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the gym exists. Finally, I noticed on several occasions that the air conditioning was not turned on in the mornings, even on very hot days. Considering the membership price, this should be a basic service, not an optional extra. Overall, I find this gym highly overrated and far below the standards the pricing would suggest. Personally, I would not recommend it.
