My husband and I are having great Pilates sessions with Ruby! She’s conscientious, passionate and thorough. Life fitness has all the equipment we need for our sessions, it’s clean and well maintained.

I did 10 gym sessions with Tom, the personal trainer. Even if he doesn’t speak English I had a very great time there and a new friend! The gym is new and a lot of machines available (brand new!) See you next time! Thanks

I visited a couple of gyms before finding here (luckily), glad I didn't go with those "popular ones" and actually checked several. Everything you need and all brand new, well functioning AC (!) and ventilation, bright with natural light on every floor, price is so good (maybe because it's new) compared to the quality you get.

Visited this gym today after buying some creatine and wrist straps at the WheyStore across the street, day pass was 100k. Welcomed by a friendly receptionist who showed me where to go for changing and what to expect on each floor. Sauna in the male changing room was a fun surprise, too bad I didn't bring extra clothing and a large towel because it looked pretty decent. Lockers to stuff your bag etc in with key that you can borrow for the duration of use. I only went to the first floor where I saw a rather small gym but completely packed with everything needed for a decent workout. Squat rack on the left when you enter, deadlift platform in the centre, smith machine all the way in the back, hack squat, leg curl/extensions, cables machines, benches.. you name it. Machinery looked and felt pretty decent. I was glad that it wasn't too busy tho and was able to do a very decent workout. Maybe only one downside. Aircon was not working properly and a gym employee closed the window next to me that was providing fresh air so yeah, me being a European in this Asian climate.. I was sweating like a pig, not so fun for me or bystanders But that's what your towel is for I guess and in the end I had a very decent workout nonetheless. I think there is some kind of dance studio and a pilates class on the other floors, didn't really bother to check those out. Staff greeted me again when I made my way to the exit. Small things but very grateful for this simple interaction as a foreigner, made me feel welcome. Would probably come back for another workout, with or without my girlfriend and if so for trying the Pilates and the sauna.

Great gym, equipment seemed almost brand new! Not too busy either maybe it was the time of day. I paid 100k for a day pass, and in comparison to other gyms in Da Nang that charge the same this gym is much higher quality.

The gym has good equipment, and I have no complaints about that. However, please pay attention to this issue. It is unbearably hot outside, yet to this day the air conditioners on the 2nd and 3rd floors are still set to 24–25°C. Please set them to at least 20°C so that it is comfortable to work out. Why should visitors have to suffer? I have already heard many negative reviews about this issue. Owners, please pay attention to this and fix it. Thank you

Don advertise as having air con if you won’t turn it on. I went for a workout and thought by the positive reviews it would be a good space. You could barely breathe in there. I asked to have aircon turned on as I saw other reviews “finally a gym with aircon” and the woman acted like I was asking to take her first born child. She also thinks 24 is aircon temps. I got it down to 18 and then the male worker started his shift he came upstairs and closed all the windows and turned the aircon off. lol CRAZY.
