Been working out at Mobifit for 3 weeks now. It’s a nice local gym, A/C, 4 floors, has sauna/ice bath, great setup with good equipment. They have many personal trainers as well, been working out with Thoai Vo 5 days a week and he does an amazing job. Very knowledgeable and pushes you very hard throughout the workouts. The whole staff there is super nice and accommodating. The equipment and space is always clean as well. Definitely one of the better gyms in Da Nang.

I’ve been loving training with PT Trân Châu!! She’s very knowledgeable and really focuses on teaching proper form and technique, which made me feel much more confident in what I’m doing. Before working with her, I didn’t really know what to do for upper body workouts, but now I actually understand the exercises and feel comfortable going to the gym on my own. She guides you through everything step by step from warm up to activation to the actual workout, so it’s very easy to follow. The gym is clean, modern, and has AC, which makes the whole experience even more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this gym and trainer!!

24h! I really liked this gym because even though I visited it during what is essentially a popular evening time, it felt almost empty. It seems they’ve structured their memberships and flow very intelligently — adjusting for demand so there’s no crowding and you don’t feel like you’re in a packed, noisy gym. Instead, it feels almost private. There are mostly Europeans here, which makes sense, because for locals these prices are considered expensive. But that works as a kind of filter: you get air conditioning, three full floors of equipment (and they’re planning to open a fourth), and overall a high-quality training environment. There’s also a sauna, and as I understood, they even provide towels. It’s a solid, high-level gym for people who can truly appreciate it. I’m personally considering getting a membership here, maybe coming once every two weeks. Another great plus is that they constantly run promotions that get updated — you can get up to 50% off. Yes, even with a 50% discount it may still feel expensive for many, but for someone who earns well and wants proper conditions instead of a crowded, non-air-conditioned gym, this is an excellent option. You can also hire a personal trainer here.

I would like to leave a review for trainer Giang Hoàng. I have been training with Giang for 2.5 weeks and I am very happy with the results. She pays great attention to technique and always takes her clients’ fitness level into account. Before introducing exercises with weights, she makes sure that proper body alignment and movement patterns are fully mastered. Giang also places a lot of emphasis on breathing and takes all health issues into consideration. In my case, I have hyperlordosis and scoliosis, and all exercises are adapted accordingly. After just 2.5 weeks, I have already noticed a significant improvement in my posture, and my pelvis has returned to a much more natural position. I’m very happy that I chose to train with Giang Hoàng and highly recommend her as a knowledgeable, attentive, and professional trainer. A month ago Now

I’ve been coming to this gym for over a month now. The equipment is quite new and in great shape—nothing gets stuck or malfunctions. They have all the essentials like mats, yoga blocks, resistance bands, etc. There’s even a climbing wall! There are large mirrors on every floor, which is very convenient. Also, the protein they sell is delicious. The restrooms are always clean and smell fresh. The staff is super friendly and sweet. I’ve been doing personal training sessions with Tran Chau for over a month. I really like them both as a person and as a coach. They always keep a close eye on my technique, making sure the right muscles are engaged, and they’re always ready to adjust the program on the fly if needed. The workouts and exercise sequences are very well-balanced; I can really feel them working 100%. Plus, we always have a fun chat between sets. It’s been a very positive experience. Highly recommend to everyone!

My Favorite Gym in Da Nang (detailed review) I’ve been working out here for about 4 months and have done over 40 workouts. I’ve also done around 10 sessions with a personal trainer (Giang), so I’ve spent a good amount of time here. Facilities / Equipment: The gym is open 24/7. Everything is in good condition and nice quality. I’ve never had an issue with equipment. There are 4 floors total – 3 for working out and 1 for recovery. Workout floors have basically everything you’d want: free weights, strength machines, cardio equipment, punching bags, boxing gloves, monkey bars, resistance bands, jump ropes, battle ropes, yoga mats/blocks, suspension trainers, step platforms, medicine balls, swiss balls, foam rollers, etc. I’ve never felt like something was missing. The recovery floor has two saunas, a cold plunge, showers, and changing stalls. There’s strong AC and fans in every room, which makes a big difference in Da Nang. Vibe / People: One of my favorite things about this gym is the crowd. I’d say 30–50% of people who work out here on a given day are women, which makes it feel much more comfortable than most gyms. Most everyone is pretty chill, quiet, and respectful. People do their thing and don’t bother you. I usually go in the morning (between 8:30–11:30 am), and it never feels too crowded. I almost never have to wait for equipment. Cleanliness: Always very clean. I see cleaning staff pretty much every time I’m there, and they’re friendly. You get a small towel when you check in and a big one when you use the sauna. Also random detail but their detergent smells really good. Tech / Convenience: They have an app where you can check in, see your membership, basic stats, book sauna/cold plunge/PT, etc. Sauna is included in membership; cold plunge isn’t. Lockers use a pin code system, so no keys or locks needed. Membership / Cost: They run flash sales pretty often, and if you buy during one, it ends up being very affordable (around $2–$3 per visit depending on what you choose). The membership is also super flexible. You build your own plan: number of weeks, sessions per week, time of day if you want. You can go more one week and less another as long as you don’t exceed your total sessions before it expires. Staff: Everyone is helpful and welcoming. Most speak good English and seem very knowledgeable. I think they also have a nutritionist on staff. Personal Training (Giang): I’ve been strength training casually for ~10 years but had never worked with a personal trainer. I went into my first session unsure of the value but was immediately humbled. She’s taught me more in about 6 weeks than I learned on my own in the past 10 years—mobility, activation, posture, alignment, recovery, and mind-muscle connection. I’ve already noticed muscle gain and fat loss. I also thought machines were the “easy” part of lifting. Turns out I was doing a lot suboptimally. She showed me how to use them better, avoid injury, and get different results from the same machine depending on how you use it. During sessions she’s very present, closely watching my form, making adjustments, and paying attention to strengths/weaknesses. It’s never a generic workout and she customizes everything to my goals. Giang has the perfect level of encouragement, supportive but never pushy. Her English is good, and anything nuanced is easy with Google Translate. She’s also genuinely kind, calm, and patient, and makes workouts fun. Super easy to be around and really cares about her clients. She’s also a trained boxer which is pretty cool. Overall: If you’re looking for a gym in Da Nang, I’d 100% recommend this one. Also it’s next door to one of the most unique cafes in the city (forest98coffee). And if you’re considering a trainer, definitely try a session with Giang. ❤️

I have had a great experience training at this gym The atmosphere is always welcoming and it is a great place to stay motivated. A special thanks to my personal trainer, Thoai Vo. Training with him is always fun and enjoyable but at the same time he is very professional and knows how to push you to improve. He explains everything clearly, keeps every session engaging. I highly recommend

The gym is quite expensive: 200k VND for a day pass with sauna access, including a small towel. Without the sauna, the day pass is 140k VND. The equipment is okay — there aren’t many machines, but they have the most important ones. I did my workout upstairs with free weights, which was perfect for training solo. The staff is very kind and friendly.
