  Outstanding space, little small but has everything you need for a solid workout. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The atmosphere for me is very important, especially music and tam tay checks all boxes. I highly recommend checking it out.

  5🌟 My favourite gym in Da Nang. Yes, it is small, but it has all the equipment you need for a full workout. It is air conditioned, always clean, and the staff are genuinely helpful. The best part is the community. You walk in and instantly feel welcome, like everyone is your friend. The owner is very hands on and regularly organises events, which really brings people together.

  Beautiful gym with great quality and clean equipment. Tam the owner knows how it’s done… and I felt immediately welcome when I arrived. The location is extremely central and definitely got everything you need to have a good workout. Go there and try it!!!! I have met so many good people that are now friends from coming here!!!!

  The location is perfect! 💪 It’s a well-equipped gym with everything you need to complete your workouts comfortably. The space is super clean, they accept both cash and card payments, and the staff is really friendly. Especially Tammy — she has such great energy and is always so helpful and kind. 100% recommended! 🙌

  Was looking for a gym and found tamtay gym on google best decision of my trip, was a clean gym with great equipment but the people I met there were even better! Recommend to anyone traveling looking for a great gym but also great environment to workout in everyone makes you feel welcome.

  Tam’s gym is more than just a gym, but a community of people trying to improve themselves daily. Tam goes above and beyond to welcome every single person that comes into the gym (no matter the age). Tam even invited me and my friend to dinners & parties. So if you are a solo traveler or in a small group and not sure where to start when arriving to Da Dang - I promise you from the bottom of my heart to go to TamTay Gym’s and you will feel the positive energy from her and everyone in the community.

  Stylish and clean gym, with good lighting for pictures(for some). The gym on the other-hand is quite small, compared to a descent sized hotel gym. Could do with a few more smith machines. Price is 200k/dong per session too
