  truly enjoyed my time at this gym, especially the yoga classes. Even though the classes are conducted in Vietnamese, it was a very positive experience for me — it made me feel like a part of the local community. The yoga instructors are true professionals, and I really appreciated that they would often translate/repeat instructions in English. The trainers and staff are all very kind and positive people. The gym equipment is high-quality and well-maintained. While there were some minor issues, like the room getting a bit stuffy, the management always listened to feedback and took suggestions into account. Overall, I was very satisfied with this place!

  This gym is definitely not for Europeans. They don't turn on the air conditioning at 35 degrees Celsius. I felt terrible during every workout because of the heat, my vision was blurry

  ✋️The system is not systematic. There is no exercise type, schedule, and price list at the reception. It should be displayed at the entrance, on the internet, and on Google Maps so that visitors can know. It is hot inside. 😼😼😼 However, the female employee at the reception with a round face and wearing white clothes was friendly. 💯💯💯 The dance instructor is bright and passionate about the class. A good instructor 💯💯💯💯💯💯 I went to do Zumba dance, but due to a mistake in the facility's schedule, I was assigned a different type of class. The dance class. Very satisfied. ᆢHowever, the overall system of the fitness center is not good.

  Initially I gave them 5 stars, I felt like they deserve a higher grade. But after 3 months I can't recommend this gym anymore. I am finding well that the gym is not busy, easy access to machines and sauna. When I signed up I mentioned that I am enrolling into this gym mainly because of sauna. I got different prices from different people what seemed shady. They write you prices on the piece of paper, like they're just getting it out of head. But the sauna was constantly breaking. From malfunction of sauna, to malfunction of electricity. Almost every single week, and it seems like they're only plugging the holes, hopping that everything will work perfectly. Also employees at the gym are not professional. I was catching them sleep at the sauna. Constantly on their phones, and it seems like the only thing they want is to get out of here. Initially gym seemed well, but after 3 months I changed my mind. I can't recommend this gym anymore. And now we're in the dark, because something malfunctioned with the electricity...again 🤣

  Old and malfunctioning equipment, staff is unhelpful, they have aircon but off most of the time, all classes are in Vietnamese. It's affordable though

  Got charged 150 000 dong for a daily pass which is ridiculous for the amount of facilities they have. Prices are not written anywhere, they just seem to get them out of their head. Also monthly price is funny(got it in handwriting). The only advantage is it’s empty but now I know there’s a reason for it😀

  As a gym it‘a ok. However when I asked An (manager) the price of coaching for boxing 5+ times over 3 weeks, as did my Vietnamese friend, we never got an answer. She kept messaging me asking me to come over at her convenient times but never tried to close the deal by telling me how much 😂 her refusal can only mean what we all know: she was trying to scam me for being a foreigner
