  I cannot thank the incredible team at Hospital C enough for saving my life. I arrived at the hospital critically ill after an ulcer led to sepsis and complete organ failure. I was on the edge of death, but Dr. Michael and the entire medical team worked tirelessly around the clock to give me every possible chance. Their professionalism, skill, compassion, and dedication were nothing short of extraordinary. The care I received was exceptional. Every doctor, nurse, and staff member treated me with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion throughout the most difficult time of my life. Because of their expertise and unwavering commitment, I am now back home in Australia with my family. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Michael and the amazing team at Hospital C for giving me a second chance at life. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough. They will always hold a special place in my heart.

  Was extremely pleased with my treatment here. Have a glaucoma problem and was lucky to have the brilliant service of the highly qualified Dr Nguyen Thai Hung. This gentleman, was streets ahead of my Australian ophthalmologists, being able to lower my OPI levels to previously unachievable levels. The price was six hundred and ninety thousand dong which included an English translator ( even though Hung spoke and read our language quite well.) The waiting time was minimal and the rest of the staff very pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much Dr Hung.

  Recently had appendix out at C Hospital, Doctors were good and nurses helpful. English was a little difficult to understand.

  Worst hospital ever. Very slow response and didn't have any stock of medicines. We left after 5 minutes as there was nothing here but asked for money without any treatment done for going inside.

  Bad since the nurses and doctors there don’t explain the situation for me. They also blame me because I ask basic questions. Never want to come back the hospital again.

  I want to make a formal complaint against your chief cardiologist, Dr. Hoang Phuong. While Dr. Phuong is a highly trained, skilled, and experienced physician, I believe he did not fully and accurately brief me about my current heart condition, which made me feel confused and unsure of his diagnosis and treatment. We have a saying: to be on the same page means for at least two people to share the same outlook, opinion, or knowledge about something. In other words, to have the same understanding of a situation. During my 8-day stay in your cardiovascular unit, from 27 April to 4 May 2026, I was under the impression (to hold a belief or assumption about something) that in September 2021 Dr. Phuong had stented my left and right coronary arteries (LCA and RCA, 70% and 90% blocked), and that my left anterior descending artery (LAD) was only 50% blocked and did not require stenting. I did not know that another name for the LAD is the anterior interventricular artery. But Dr. Phuong neglected to go over (explain) this to me. As a result, it became a case of misunderstanding that, in the end, made me not trust him. From our first meeting, he seemed rushed and did not clearly explain my situation. As a result, we were never on the same page. After he did an echocardiogram, I asked about my LAD. He said it looked 70-80% blocked, and only an angiogram would show the exact blockage percentage. At that moment, I thought my LAD had gone from 50% blocked to 70 or 80% blockage! During the angiogram, I again felt things were rushed, that Dr. Phuong was rushing through the procedure. I had a sharp pain in my wrist after anesthesia, and Dr. Phuong said something to me that I did not understand. I also felt a dull ache in my forearm during the procedure, but he did not talk to or assure me of anything until after the procedure. He told me there was no restenosis in my stented arteries. I again asked specifically about my LAD, which he pointed to and said was fine, with no blockage. I did not understand! How could my LAD, which was 50% blocked in 2021, now be 100% open? After the procedure, Dr. Phuong was nowhere to be found. He keeps a busy schedule, but I believe this is part of the problem. He did not provide me with any aftercare information or advice. I believe I suffered median nerve neuropathy, and the color of my wrist just above the insertion point is still yellow. But none of the aftercare doctors or nurses took my complaints seriously! I believe that Dr. Phuong was negligent in his duties to fully and properly inform me of my situation and how he intended to treat and improve it. I understand that the cost of medical care at your hospital is much less than in my country, and that I cannot expect VIP services from your staff. However, the primary duty of any hospital is to ensure patients fully understand their medical situation and feel safe and cared for in all practices and procedures during their stay. We have a saying, never assume anything, because it makes an ass out of you and me! In conclusion, I believe Dr. Phuong left me in the dark (to keep someone uninformed about something they should know), which led to confusion and frustration, and eventually distrust of his motives and actions.
