Highly recommended for skin issues! The hospital lies a bit distant but worth to visit! The place is well organized and the treatment happens fast! Also good pharmacy available! The fees are payable!

I recently visited this clinic for a skin infection and had a highly positive experience. Despite initial language barriers, the staff demonstrated exceptional commitment by effectively using translation tools to communicate clearly and ensure I understood the process. I was then attended by a doctor who was excellent in both diagnosis and treatment, and communicated fluently in English, which made the consultation seamless and reassuring. The clinic is well-maintained, hygienic, and operates with a high level of professionalism. Pricing is also very reasonable, making it a reliable and value-driven healthcare option. Overall, a well-managed facility delivering quality care with strong patient focus. Highly recommended.

I went here today. The reception actually spoke English and fully understood me. The doctor not so much, but she tried to explain everything in detail using google translate. Although I was very clear on my visit to the reception, the doctor told me they lack the device and fully refunded me. She recommended another location. The wait time wasn’t long at all. I was the last person before their 11am break and I waited probably 30-40 minutes which is absolutely acceptable for a hospital. The only complaint is the road from FPT city to here around 9 am is ridiculously busy and air polluted :)) Overall, from the doorman to the doctor were professionals and wanted to help as much as they could. I may have wasted an hour of my time, but no one’s fault and they did direct me towards other locations.

No complaints for this dermatology hospital. I would highly recommend that other foreigners consider it. The first time I went for cystic acne injections. The international hospital did not have the corticosteroid medicine so I came here, reluctant after having read all the negative reviews. Surprisingly, the experience exceeded my expectations and cost me about a fifth of the price. The doctor spoke fluent English and explained my condition and the process of the injections to a tee - I know based on my familiarity with it in the US in the past. I then decided to go back to have a sebaceous cyst about the size of a marble and growing excised from my back. There was some confusion with scheduling - they asked what day I wanted to come and I said Thursday, but they heard Tuesday. Luckily, they were still able to take me after a couple hours wait while they finished their other surgical patients. The surgeon and assistant were well skilled, though they didn't speak any English. Everything, I communicated through Google translate. I had a small scare when I didn't see them take the surgical instruments out of the sterilizing packages, but they assured me sterility and I trusted that the packaging I saw in the trash were removed immediately prior to my entry. The surgery took about 30 mins and I saw the cyst to make sure it was removed intact. I was then told to get dressed and given instructions to purchase an antibiotic, paracetamol, vitamin C to promote healing, and ointment and to return in two days to have the bandage changed, again every two days after and finally in eight days to have the stitches removed. The facilities are outdated and with the climate in Da Nang, the mold growing in the dressing room might give some foreigners pause. However, I took a risk and and am glad to say I had a positive experience and saved a lot of money in the process

My son visited this hospital, saw a very helpful doctor that spoke English. He understood exactly the problem and arranged a prescription, very reasonable price paid out of pocket. He was seen very quickly on arriving without an appointment. Excellent service thank you.

Doctor consultation was 100k or 150k I forget Lab blood sample and lab skin sample and test results was 180k Medication was 120k I speak English, the doctors sometimes speak English but the greeter speaks well and stood with me the whole time to help me and the checkin person behind the counter can speak a little. I used Google Translate and hit the conversation button to just talk into the mic and everything was fine. The wait time was 20 minutes. I think the modern more western hospitals in Da Nang will charge 4 times more but I’m just guessing. USA hospital would probably charge 40 times more lol

I took my friend for a check-up — no appointment needed, just walked in. We waited about 5 minutes before seeing the first doctor. The consultation fee was 250,000 VND for an English-speaking doctor. However, the doctor mentioned it had been a long time since he last spoke English, so he wasn’t very fluent, and I still had to help interpret. After that, we were directed to the laser department for mole removal. The procedure was quick and cost 798,000 VND to remove four moles. The doctor prescribed a topical ointment, but we didn’t buy it at the hospital since it was three times more expensive than at a pharmacy. We bought the ointment outside for 75,000 VND. The entire visit, from arrival to departure, took less than an hour.
