I went to the Family Hospital because of shoulder pain. I seen the doctor right away. He got me a x-ray and ultrasound right away. I even got to see a surgeon because he was concered I may need surgery. Lucky enough the surgeon stated I would be good with physiotherapy. I got in the next day. I signed up for 5 days. They were amazing. Hue and Hung took care of me. By my 5 day I felt amazing. I am so happy with their compassion they had for me. I would give more then 5 atars if I could.

Dr. Vu Ha Nguyen and front office staff was very personable, professional, and caring. I really am appreciative of the International Family Clinic. They do an excellent job. Furthermore, Selina in Insurance department was very attentive to help seek direct billing through Cigna. I wholly recommend this hospital to everyone. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. Didn't expect it to be that serous so I was absolutely frightened. However, my stay at Family Hospital was very comfortable. Initially, all the necessary tests were done very fast and the doctor recommended the treatment plan. I had nurses and doctors checking on me several times a day and nught, the doctors spoke English and in general the stuff was very kind and thoughtful. I have all the IVs and medications delivered to the room, bedsheets and pajamas changed daily, they provided everything necessary- things like toothbrush, towels, shampoo. The room was very clean and spacious, had a private shower and visitors could come see me any time. It was very difficult for me to eat, but I could order breakfast lunch and dinner from the menu daily. I am very grateful for all the help, after several days I was discharged with again all the necessary medication given to me to continue the treatment at home. The doctor answered all my questions along the way. I feel like the quality of medical care at this hospital is really good.

I have been coming to Family Hospital in Da Nang for more than one year now, and I am always very satisfied with the service. The staff is extremely welcoming, always smiling and ready to help me every time I come. The process is fast and smooth, and the clinic has everything I need. The facility is also very clean and well organized. Special mention to Linh, she always helps me, gives me great advice and truly listens to me. I really want to thank her for her kindness, support and professionalism. The doctors are very attentive, professional and really take the time to listen. I always feel well taken care of and in good hands. I truly appreciate this clinic and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for professional and caring medical services in Da Nang.

I had a really good stay at Family Hospital. They had an international clinic where someone spoke English to help me understand what was happening and were able to translate any documents for my own records. The doctors were helpful and knowledgeable, and were able to treat my broken foot after treatments at other hospitals were unsuccessful. They were thorough and the process for the diagnosis and development of the treatment plan was very quick. The testing floor is a bit chaotic since they're so busy, but there's always someone showing you the way which is a big help! I stayed in the inpatient for 6 days following my surgery, and the nurses and doctors checked on me several times a day and were very helpful! The best part is that they work with your insurance to pay directly to the hospital; no out of pocket payment needed for inpatient stay! Everything was seamless and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience!

We went to the International Clinic two times. Once for my husband and once for me. It was an exceptional experience. Doctors listened to our concern without rushing. The interpreters were also amazing. We were seen timely and helped at the lab with the same care. All staff members were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Went there for a full check up on the 16th of February, at the international department of this Family Hospital in Da Nang. As an oversea Vietnamese, I paid the highest price for all services received. This isn’t an issue on its own, however, my experience at this hospital was very disappointing and unsatisfactory from start to finish. Every step was just about extracting more money out of the patients rather than treating them with care. Unnecessary checks were recommended (I previously had a breast examination back home in the UK 5/6 months ago, but was told to have it done again as things can start to go wrong after 6 months). The dr who examined me said I didn't need it (as I thought) as it was only 6 months since I had it done. I was then given a very brief check of the breasts, after which she referred me for further procedures at an extra cost, which I refused, yet dr still required full payment from me. Separate to this, I requested one check from the gynecologist and made it very clear that I had already had everything else checked back home already. He kept pressuring me to have more test done . I repeatedly refused no less than 5 times as I did not need it. He relentlessly continued to pressure me, which finally wore me down. Whilst the nurse was taking swap samples and he continued to recommend further tests done which would cost double what I already was paying. I was absolutely worn out and frustrated by the time I left the hospital. Mostly I felt very unhappy and disappointed. I understand that people have to make a living. However, doctors who behave in such a way, constant pestering and pressuring patients in order to squeeze out money from the patients, is immoral. In my opinion, this is a day night robbery and putting a bad name to good fellowship, if there is any left 🫩 My advice for people who want to use this hospital is to be very clear of what you want to check, be firm, do your researched and check check check the price before going ahead with anything, as even by giving you the price, it will certainly be increased by the time you walked out of each examination one way or another. DON'T use their pharmacy for medicine, take it to the normal pharmacy it will be much cheaper.

I have been a patient at this hospital for a year. The facility is clean and there are doctors who speak English. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was terrible. I saw an ENT specialist and brought the results of a bacterial swab and an antibiotic-susceptibility test. The report clearly listed antibiotics to which the bacterium was resistant, yet the ENT prescribed one of those ineffective antibiotics. After the appointment I reviewed his prescription and discovered the mistake. I returned to the consultation room to point it out, but the doctor displayed complete incompetence and indifference to my health. If I had not checked his prescription, I would have taken an antibiotic that would have been useless and likely damaged my body’s microbiome. Additionally, the doctor I saw did not understand any English, which made communication difficult. I paid 800,000 for this visit and consider this an unjustified cost given the incorrect prescription and lack of concern for the patient’s wellbeing. Please double-check your doctor’s recommendations and carefully review any prescribed treatment before taking medications.
