  I had an amazing experience at the Hoan My Gold VIP clinic inside the Hoan My Da Nang Hospital! Thao stayed with me the entire time directing me to different areas I needed to go, and translating for me. Everyone was very kind and professional. I tried to get my IUD removed in 2 clinics in Thailand but the string was too short. The doctor here was able to remove it quickly without having to admit me for a procedure. Thank you so much!

  Thảo from the VIP clinic made my visit stress free and very comfortable. She translated for me and accompanied me the entire time. I was able to take several long overdue tests and perform a couple of important procedures all on the same day and at an affordable price. I highly recommend this hospital for foreigners!

  I had a wonderful experience at Hoan My Da Nang Hospital. A special thank you to Dr. Duy Anh, my OB-GYN. Giving birth didn’t go the way I originally planned, but throughout the whole process I always felt that I was in good hands. Dr. Duy Anh was calm, professional, supportive, and always took the time to explain what was happening and what our options were. I will always be grateful for his care and for helping bring my daughter safely into the world. I also want to thank all the nurses and midwives who were on duty during the night of July 4th to July 5th. They were amazing! Their kindness, patience, encouragement, and support helped me through one of the most important moments of my life. The care we received during the following two days was exceptional. Honestly, there were moments when I thought, “Wow, that’s a lot of attention!” But then I realized it simply meant that the staff truly cared about their patients. We never felt forgotten or ignored. Thank you to everyone who looked after me and my daughter. We are very grateful.

  I went to this hospital twice for my ankle injury and am very grateful to the doctors and staff for their help and support. The second time, I waited a very long time, which made the experience a bit worse, but I have no doubts about the doctors' competence. And they didn't try to rip me off—they provided excellent advice and prescribed only the most necessary medications. Thank you.

  I was hospitalized for two days and was discharged today. I was staying in room 707 on the 7th floor. From the surgical team, the nurses on the 7th floor, the doctor who performed the surgery, and the nurses in the recovery room, as well as everyone involved in cleaning and meals—everything was so well taken care of without any inconvenience. I received excellent treatment and felt truly comfortable and happy. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at the hospital who dedicated themselves and showed such care and consideration for patients like me. I wanted to leave this message to say thank you. Thank you very much. I wish everyone happiness. 😊

  I had a very positive experience at the international department of the hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Everyone spoke excellent English, which made communication smooth and stress-free. The facilities were very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. The medical team was knowledgeable and thorough, explaining all procedures clearly and making sure I understood everything. I truly appreciated the high level of care and attention to detail. Every aspect of my visit, from reception to treatment, was handled efficiently and kindly. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for professional, English-speaking medical care in a clean and welcoming setting.

  Having an accident in a foreign country is never pleasant. I slid and fell down half a flight of wet stairs and hit the back of my head. My hotel took me to Hoang My. I’d never heard of this hospital before. At first glance, I noticed how clean and modern this hospital is, especially on the fourth floor where the VIP clinic is. All personnels were extremely kind and caring. They took care of me every step of the way. All scans were done efficiently. The cost is reasonable too. CT scan ~ 2 Million, MRI ~ 2.6 M, 500k for consultation. Miss Thao, the translator, made sure I understood my results. I am truly impressed with the level of professionalism here. They treat you as a friend, not just a patient, something I rarely felt back home in the US.

  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Vo Thi Thu Thao for the outstanding support and care during my visit. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She guided me through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. What I appreciated the most was her patience, warm attitude, and genuine willingness to help. Being in a medical environment can sometimes feel stressful, but thanks to her calm and supportive approach, the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. She truly goes above and beyond for patients, and it made a huge difference for me. I am very grateful for her help and professionalism.
