  I used their service multiple times. I was surprised by how thorough they are. They will do all necessary tests with modern equipment, efficiently and fastly. Communication is easy and they are very attentive. They price very fairly, probably by far the best prices in the whole region. For any problem arising this is my go to, I go there and come out with peace of mind.

  I had surgery on my left elbow following a fall from my bicycle. I received a very fast and exceptional care from both the medical staff and the nursing and general practitioners. when I returned to my home country , I visited an orthopedic specialist, he told me that the surgery they performed on my elbow was perfect, it couldn't have been better.

  This hospital provides excellent medical care. The nurses are very helpful, and I’d like to give special thanks to Ms. Hoang Ngoc, who was exceptionally supportive and spoke excellent English. She went above and beyond to assist us — she even used ChatGPT to explain my daughter’s symptoms in more detail and kindly shared her contact number so we could follow up with her after the consultation. Overall, both the pediatrician and Ms. Hoang were very professional. I highly recommend this hospital for its quality of service, reasonable pricing, and the staff’s positive attitude.

  My daughter recently became ill whilst travelling in Vietnam and was admitted to Vinh Duc Hospital. The treatment and care that she has received have been outstanding. The staff have been kind, caring and considerate and have made the experience of being a long way from home, alone and in a foreign hospital easier. The hospital was clean and well organised. Thankyou so much for your outstanding care and treatment.

  I was pointed in the direction of this hospital for my work-permit health check, and I’d not come across it before. I’d thoroughly recommend it. The staff are professional, speak good English, and the place is spotless. They do a set package for the check, which makes things straightforward – no faffing about, hardly any waiting, and the results came through quickly. On top of that, it worked out cheaper than any of the hospitals in Da Nang I looked into. Don't hesitate to use.

  I was in the international unit due to a severe infection, they took good care of me ☺️ the doctors and most of the nurses speaks English. All the medical services and dealing with the insurance company was handled professionally by the doctors, nurses and management. Special thanks to Dr Chinh who helped me during his holiday and organized everything at the beginning ☺️

  The doctor and the nurses were very nice and helpful. Not sure about professionality for a western standard but for me it was good enough. They didn't know English but we communicated with translate and they put all the effort to help. Quick treatment. Vietnamese cheap prices.
