  Great location. Old town within walking distance. Very helpful front desk with activities and other stuff. They will even call the post office and then someone will come with a box to ship your tailored clothes back home (3-4 weeks) so you dont have to put it in the backpack. We arrived early in the morning after a sleeper train. Could put the bags away and then use the showers to freshen up until the rooms were ready. Private room was all right.

  Stayed here for one night.. rooms are clean & service is good. They have storage option in common area where you can keep your luggage and go to explore town before or after checking in-out. Clean washroom. Many toilets & bathroom on first floor for quick use. Offers many day tours & activities and bus tickets for different places. Provide paid laundry at affordable rates. Included very nice buffet breakfast.. nearby famous places

  Everyone here was super sweet, beds were comfortable and room was clean! The location is also fantastic next to a bunch of good food places!

  Lovely 4 night stay in a private room. Thao on reception desk was an absolute saint when they had misplaced our washing.. she rushed around and drove off to get it within minutes as we had a bus to catch in less than 15 minutes. Thank you thao you’re an absolute lifesaver!!

  They have water dispensars. Nice cute small pool area. Free breakfast buffet. 6:45pm to 7pm free bar rum/vodka with soda/cola/fanta etc. I lived in a dorm of 10 beds. Wifi is good. Awesome locality. The staff is very helpful and polite. I was there for around 4 days. It was an awesome stay.

  The good stuff is that they have nice breakfast, beds are comfortable (even that there are no curtains), the cooking tour is very good and the environment with other guests is very good. The bad stuff are the staff... They look like they really don't want to be asked questions, rolling their eyes when u ask for information, saying always a NO in first place and maybe if u insist you can get some help ... No friendly but not rude either. Even so... Overall I would stay again

  My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Hoi An. Great location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I got sick while we were there and the staff let us check out late (for free) so I could rest and kept checking in to make sure I was okay and to see if they could help. |There’s a huge locker room/ communal area / bathroom to use before check in and after check out if you need it. |Breakfast is simple but great and included with your room. |Highly recommend!

  We stayed for three nights and had a great time! The staff was so kind and helpful, giving good advice like does and donts in Hỏi Ăn. They also helped us with fixing a car to the airport for a very good price! The breakfast was included and we got new towels every day! All in all we are so happy with our stay in Hỏi An and it wouldn’t have been this good without the kind people at the hostel! In conclusion; high value for the money!
