We stayed here for three night in a private room. The room was clean and very comfortable and equipped with a fridge and some other useful utilities. The staff is extremely hospitable and nice and they offer lots of trips and things to see in the area. The lounge, pool area and bar are very cozy and a good place to meet other travelers. You can rent scooters and bikes here aswell. The hostel is super close to the old town (4 min by foot). We had a great time here and can definitely recommend staying there!

I had an amazing stay at Heliport Hostel! The reception staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Their kindness and willingness to help with anything I needed truly made a difference. The hostel itself was spotless, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere was so nice, and I always felt comfortable. Really close to the old town of Hoi An, so you can go walking or if you prefer they can provide a motorbike for rent. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great balance of comfort and hospitality! I will be back for sure as soon as I can 🥰

I had the most wonderful stay at this hostel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warmest hosts, Thao and Moon. They were always available to help with anything I needed, whether it was recommendations, directions, or just a friendly chat. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and the hostel itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s just a few minutes away from the city center, which made it super convenient for exploring. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a more pleasant place to stay. If you’re looking for a cozy, friendly, and clean place with amazing people, this is the spot! Highly recommend!

Stayed here in Feb 25’ so maybe things have changed but I cant count on it. Honestly, the lady owner is very nice (the guy is not!), the breakfast is tasty, but we didn’t have a great time here. We went through 3!! broken scooters with this place. Our FIRST rented scooter immediately broke down 3 min down the road so we missed an activity we were looking forward to, and the owner made it seem like we are idiots and the scooter works; even came to “drive it back” (it didn’t work; the guy had to ride a bicycle home lol). Still argued that it worked before we saw him leave the scooter on the side of the road and ride away on a bicycle. They did exchange the scooter for another one, which broke down the next day!!! We literally had to go to a shop ourselves to repair it and waste like 5 hours of our vacation because we were stranded an hour out of town when visiting a historical site. He had to bring us ANOTHER bike to get back to the hostel because even the shop couldn’t fix it quickly!! Then to top it off, The next morning the owner guy asked for the key from the scooter (which was parked on the property right in the main hostel area, behind the large metal gate- you can see it from the front desk). We said the key is in the bike ignition (as has been the standard way to leave the rental bike once done literally everywhere else). He got super mad and started asking “why we don’t give him the key last night, it could get stolen”. We were not asked for the key last night. The rental time was over. We were hanging out for several hours in the common space where he was too busy drinking and smoking weed with his buddies, and yelling at his poor puppy. To top it off, we are very simple people, have been in some very basic rooms in india, etc. so we are not picky or luxurious people. But..pretty much everything you see in photos as far as cute lounge areas was physically broken, dirty, and not nice at all. The broken lounge chairs were literally being scrapped for wood. Pool was fairly clean. Nice location to old town. Music was blasting one of the nights despite there being like 5 people there. Generally not great.

Just ok… The beds are super soft, like memory foam, but I’m not used to soft beds so I didn’t like it. There are bamboo dividers between each bed but if you’re on the top bunk and you stand up, you can see the person next to you. The blanket is just a very thin fleece blanket. The showers are all outdoor and only one of them had working hot water… I wasn’t given a towel (not sure if I was supposed to get one) Outside atmosphere was ok but didn’t spend much time there. Breakfast was just toast and a thin omelet. Overall it was just okay for one night.

Hello everyone, first of all, the hostel was nice but a cleaning lady stole about 1 million Dong from me. I withdrew 3,000,000 and used 1,500,000 in 3 days. When I was about to check out, I put my fanny pack down to brush my teeth and I came back 2 minutes later and saw the cleaning lady who had opened my fanny pack and finally I found my wallet open and only 200,000 dong left in my bag, weird! I told the receptionist about it who told me she would never do that, impossible to negotiate etc... but hey we know very well that they will defend themselves!

This was a nightmare hostel, wish we never booked it. We had to book somewhere else and leave after arriving and seeing this place because it was that bad, unfortunately. Was expecting good vibes from the photos but when we showed up it was really eerie, empty and next to a building site. It also stank really bad throughout. The service was good, but as soon as we were shown our room it was clear it had not been cleaned. The toilet was filthy, the toilet roll was damp, there were cobwebs. The sheets had stains on them that smudged when we touched them (??!) and we’re also pretty sure we saw fleas hopping around. After complaining, staff were quick to change the sheets but honestly the cleanliness of the entire place was questionable. Not to mention the security- our room lock was the same as a little lock you’d get on a bathroom cubicle and it didn’t feel safe at all. You had to walk down a dark alleyway to get to the hostel. Also, the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work, so the door just didn’t close. Wouldn’t recommend this hostel to anyone.
