First i begin with the hostel. I have extended a couple of times. It is very clean, comfortable, great location, comfortable beds, staff and owners are very friendly and always helpful and in my case went above and beyond to assist me with a difficult situation. This meant checking certain information for me and dealing with the local police. The reception staff were brilliant helping to find certain evidence and information outside of the hostel to help my situation. I give special mention to Minh one of the receptionists who speaks good English and came with me to help with filling out crime details and liaising with the local police interpreting both verbally and written details so that the situation went smoothly. In addition she has agreed to be an intermediary for me to assist with future developments. Everyone has been a great help. I fully recommend this hostel and the friendly staff.

A good hotel with a great location—close to Dragon Bridge, the beach, and there’s a convenience store right next door. The dorm bathroom is a bit small, but it’s manageable. Breakfast is decent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There’s also a balcony where you can smoke and relax, which is a nice bonus.

This hostel offers great value for backpackers, especially if you plan to stay more than a few nights. I ended up staying much longer than expected. The beds are comfortable, and there’s a rooftop where people often hang out. Facilities aren’t perfect, toilets are quite compact and payment is cash only, but none of that really affected my stay. Considering the price and location, I’d happily stay here again.

for a backpacker and longer stay, it is very good, staff are helpful to my group. the comfort room is a bit small but good enough, neatly daily cleaned. it is good that there is a daily breakfast, it may be good if there will be variation, meaning every other day is another menu for breakfast. although i have not experience bed bugs, it would be nice it regular disinfection and cleaning will be done, not only change the bedsheets, but sanitizing the beds or just simply having it under the sun,. overall it is quite good and budget friendly especially if you would spend more days in Danang City.

With mixed age groups, it had a nice vibe:) If you ask they'll fill up your bottle for free, much appreciated🙏They even let us linger around late, until we caught our train, leave our luggage, had a nap, and use their facilities. The washrooms fairly clean on our floor🤗 Only note, the duvets seemed cleaned, but unsure how often they're washed.. Breaky included, with eggs cooked to perfection👌 a good quick stop for my friend & I:) Didn't really connect with the staff, but that could have been since we were so tired, not there long, and they were being respectful, which one can always appreciate. Great location, not too noisy, easy access to some local restaurants, & across the street Bahn my, + local convenience stores.

Update: the owner's reply doesn't match the facts. They are well aware that they are not telling the truth. They say they only allowed her to sit on the sofa but they gave her a pillow and a blanket to use just like the rest of us so she could lay down and sleep! Sure sounds and looked like a free night's stay to me and my friend. In addition, the sofa was much larger than the single dorm bed! I guess they just don't want to admit they gave her a free night's stay because they know it's rude and disrespectful to the rest of us who paid to stay there. It's a bad thing to do it but it's even worse not to admit it when you are caught doing it. This hostel treats different guests differently.  Soon after we arrived, a Russian woman tried to check in without a reservation.  She didn't have a valid visa because she said she immigration forgot to stamp her passport. The receptionist knew the woman was lying so she told her she couldn't get a dorm room. The woman then went outside and kept watching the reception desk. When we came back to the hostel later that night the same woman was trying to scam the new receptionist with her visa story. She told the receptionist it was almost midnight and all the other hostels were booked so she had to stay. The owner came over and told her she could sleep on the large sofa for free. My friend and I looked at each other and couldn't believe it. The woman just lied and got a free night to stay. So me, my friend and everyone else at the hostel had to pay but the hostel gave her a free night. In addition, they told a French girl who came in after us that they were fully booked that night so she couldn't have a dorm bed. So they turn away a paying backpacker but give a free room to a scammer? That's just so wrong ☹️ I definitely do not recommend this hostel. Please don't support a hostel that treats different guests differently.

I would not recommend this hostel. The hostel is completely closed until 7:30 a.m., making it inaccessible during the night and early morning. We tried knocking and ringing the bell several times, but no one answered. This created a very uncomfortable and stressful situation. During the night, it was extremely difficult to sleep because of bed bugs. What is worse is that the staff does not even seem to try to solve the problem. In my room, two people asked to change beds because of bed bugs, but shortly after, two other guests were assigned to the exact same beds without any apparent cleaning or treatment. The breakfast was terrible. We were served two fried eggs cooked in what was probably very old oil, making them almost inedible. Additionally, the receptionists spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Bed bugs in the room- was bitten badly one night. Private room has rock hard beds. Staff only communicate when they want a review or to say 'breakfast? ' without a 'good morning'. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting- brown stains everywhere on my arrival. No windows so no fresh air.
