  Stayed here for four nights, clean, spacious room. Sodas,beer,water in the cooler downstairs. Fairly close to food and beaches

  Tasty breakfast and accomodation is clean an tidy. We got twin room with brilliant facility, seriously we had LED TV with that price, this is the best value of money we've ever got. Mr Thuy and his family is super friendly and always happy to help us with every matter with smiles. We had Cao Lau and Banhmy and explore Hoi An town by bicycle. Not all, we woke up at 5:00 am to go to the beach with his family, you can buy very fresh fish there. Great stay!!

  I stayed at the dorm, which was very nice. Felt like a 5 star hotel! (Maybe also because I was so used to hostels..). Beds were clean and soft, big room for only 5 beds, no bunkbeds, separate shower sink and toilet! Great! The lovely female kept giving me local food, so sweet. The guy went into the room one time without knocking, a little bit uncomfortable. They have free bikes for rent and when it was raining, the guy lend me his rain coat. Also very nice. The manager really wanted to get me to buy a bus ticket from him. When I didn't he said that I was not going to like my bus and when they were late for pick up he sort of went to scare me into saying that they werent going to show and 'well, hope they will still come for you..'. Which they did. That was a bit weird.

  As a couple we stayed in a double room which was lovely and clean. The owners are so friendly and helpful booking us taxis when ever we needed them. We got a motorbike to get around in the day as it's a good walk from the old town. A great place to stay for an amazing price! Really recommend!

  I've spent one night in this place and for me was the best option. Very clean, helpful staff and bicycles are free for guests! Although it is not on the old town, just 1 km. away, is the best option if you wanna rest with a long leg and stay far from the crowded tourist area. You can enjoy the beautiful Hoi An in a better way, out of a fully booked restless old town.

  We made a mistake in our reservation at another homestay so we didnt have a place to sleep. We stood at their door at 8 in the evening and they immediately made a room ready for us. We were exhausted so this was really nice. Lovely people!

  The accomodation is very clean and tidy. The value for money is great and even tho I was on low budget the owner gave me his best room because it wasnt occupied. He also drove me around the city just to show me a little bit of it. He really knows the place and is very interested in you getting to know the place. His family is also very nice and always happy to help. The room itself was the best one I ever had. seriously. I had an LED TV with american channels. and just the style it was made was fancy as hell, but for a low price. I highly recommed to stay there. This is excactly how an Homestay should be run

  Clean and comfortable at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was great and hosting family very friendly and helpful, they recommended places to visit, organised taxis etc. Would definitely stay here again.
