By far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at, right at the entrance of the beautiful Ancient City. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and safe, and the common areas are spotless. Ernest, the owner, makes this place truly special with his kindness, attention to detail and great activities that bring people together. Thanks to him, you’re sure to meet amazing people. Moreover the cafe place is amazing. Food and drinks are yummy and the staff is so friendly.

One of the best — if not the best — hostel experiences I’ve ever had. Starting with the facilities: everything just works. The entire hostel is incredibly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, where everything seems to have a clear purpose. The dorms are spacious, quiet, comfortable, and feel much more premium than what you usually expect from a hostel. There are also two great chill-out areas: a rooftop area with a pool that’s perfect for relaxing during the day, and a very welcoming lobby/common area downstairs where people naturally gather. What really makes this place special, though, is Ernest, the owner. You can immediately feel how much he cares about creating a social and welcoming atmosphere. He genuinely takes the time to understand the personalities and interests of individual guests and makes a real effort to connect people with each other. Every night, he organizes group activities that make it incredibly easy for solo travelers to meet others naturally and feel included. I also want to highlight the in-house coffee bar, which serves genuinely excellent coffee and breakfast. I ended up spending a lot of time there and really enjoyed both the quality and atmosphere. Overall, an outstanding hostel experience that manages to combine great facilities with an unusually strong sense of community. Highly recommended.

This hostel is amazing & rightly deserves the 5 star rating. Ernest & his team are so friendly & helpful whether it’s planning onward travel, booking into hostel activities or giving local food recommendations. Ivy was also super friendly & gave us some great heritage site recommendations! Dorms are super clean, communal spaces are great, atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly that it’s easy to meet new people. Hostel activities are fun & another great way to connect with other travellers and make some new friends! When I’m back in Hoi An, I will definitely be staying here again!!

Honestly the best Hostel that I have stayed in! It's really social and it fells like a big family. Ernest by far the best host that I had and is such an amazing Person doing everything with so much passion! They have every day a different activity in the afternoon, so it's really easy to connect with people. I even extended my stay and I even wanted to stay longer, because I had the best time of my entire Trip! I will definitely stay here the next time.

A great hostel recommendation in Hanoi! Awesome rooms (dorm room). The rooftop terrace with a small pool is also fantastic, and there are free exercise mats available! But what impressed us the most were Ernest and his team—they’re so friendly. They immediately give you tons of information, including restaurant recommendations and evening activities, and even send it to you via WhatsApp! You absolutely have to book here! Fantastic hostel would absolutely recommend. We have stayed in loads of hostels in Asia and this has been our favourite. We stayed in a private room which was hotel standard (and nicer than a lot of the hotels in Vietnam.) However the real star was the social scene cultivated by Ernest and the team; every night had great activities which were well thought out to encourage socialising and meeting new people, we loved the games night, quiz, and boat evening. Definitely not just a heavy drinking only hostel but I think that means you get way more out of a stay here. Ernest always had recommendations for shops, food, trips etc and location is also great just outside the old town. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a social trip to Hoi An!

Truly a 10/10 stay!! This place is a gem. Ernest and his staff are the best at creating a welcoming and positive vibe. I loved every second staying there. There were so many activities throughout the day too choose from, and a hostel wide activity every night! The rooms are clean, spacious, and have comfy beds. The cafe inside is amazing for breakfast/coffee. The rooftop has a great place to chill after a long day. Plus you get a tour and all the info you could want texted to you at the beginning of check in. My favorite hostel I’ve stayed in by far. Thank you for the best time with the best people!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was lovely! We had a spacious private room with great bathroom and large bed. Earnest and the other hostel workers were so accommodating and helpful with recommendations, as well as generally really good company. This is a great hostel to stay at, relax or have fun, meet other likeminded travellers and explore hoi an. Each night there’s some form of entertainment/socialising - quiz, tv/film night (eg squid games), free drink, food tasting - alll that you can choose to attend or not, judgement free. Earnest also recommended us to eat at ‘Nu Eatery’ and it was amazing. Thank you so much earnest & team! Love, Hannah and Izzy
